Never had such a bad hotel in my life. At the reception you only check in using a machine that the staff doesn't help with; the reception staff don't seem to care about anything anyway, including being unfriendly. The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days and bathroom utensils are only available for one person. Definitely never again in this hotel. There isn't even room for 2 suitcases in the room and it smells really bad.

I fell completely in love with my room. It was a view room right in the corner. The view was dreamy. The employees on the front desk were super kind with me, specially for the girl, sorry I don’t know her name. The bed super comfortable, the bathroom with all of the amenities I needed, and they gave me towels and coffee, etc. every day. They clean the room every three nights. The only two things that o would change are the tv, is pretty old, for a smart one, I didn’t used it at all. And the hair dryer was too weak and didn’t do much for my hair. But except for that: LOVED IT, will definetly be back. Thank you!!!!

The staff are friendly. The location is near the subway station, but the Ashikusa Line can be a bit troublesome. There are stairs at the entrance, so it may be a bit difficult if you have heavy luggage. Even for a Japanese hotel, the rooms are small. There are only two elevators compared to the number of rooms, so it can be inconvenient to use. There is a small bathhouse on the 12th floor. The soundproofing is not good, so noise from the hallway comes into the room. It's not bad for a cost-effective hotel, but personally, I think Dormy Inn is better even if it's a little more expensive. Toyoko Inn is better in terms of cost-effectiveness. It's a bit ambiguous.
