Make a reservation at a discounted price on the Klook website or KKday website, take the Skyliner train from Narita Airport's underground station, and arrive at the final stop, Ueno Station, in 40 minutes and arrive at the hotel in 5 minutes on foot.JR Ueno Station is right in front of the hotel, so if you take the train and subway, you can go to Akihabara, Asakusa, Tokyo Station, Ginza, Roppongi, Shin-Okubo, Shinjuku and Shibuya within 5 to 30 minutes.Business hotels in Japan have small rooms, but this hotel has spacious rooms.There is Ueno Park around the hotel, which is great for a walk, and there is 'Ameyoko Market', which is like Namdaemun Market in Seoul, so there are various restaurants and shops within the market.At the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, you can have a breakfast buffet for about 12,600 won at the early January 2024 exchange rate. It is very delicious and there are many customers at the restaurant for lunch and dinner.When I travel abroad, I sometimes want to eat Korean food. If I type 'Marukin Ueno' on Google Maps, 'Marukin Handmade Kimchi Shop' appears, and after a 5-minute walk, I arrive at 'Marukin Food Store', run by a Korean-Japanese resident, and there they sell Korean snacks. There are all kinds of Korean food, including ramen, kimchi, salted fish, side dishes, and beer and makgeolli, and it was also nice that next to them there were Korean restaurants such as Daemun Kyungsoo, Masan Restaurant, Haeunji, and SEOUL, which are run by Koreans living in Japan.

It's located right next to Ueno Station, so it's very convenient. The rooms are not large and the facilities are a bit old, but this hotel is so nice that you don't mind that.The staff was well trained, which is rare these days, and it was a very comfortable stay. The restaurant was also very delicious, and although I was planning to eat breakfast outside, I ended up eating it at the hotel instead. I would like to stay here again when I go to the area.

Conveniently located right next to the popular Ueno Station. It was packed with overseas customers even on weekdays. I booked a single room, but the double bed was comfortable.

It's a very convenient location as it's right next to Ueno Station and there are many pubs and restaurants nearby.Although not new, the room was clean and comfortable. Since it is a small hotel, there were no queues at check-in or check-out, and it was comfortable.They gave me towels when I checked in, which I was very grateful for after walking in the heat. The person at the front desk was a foreigner, but he was kind, polite, and pleasant. (I am also involved in the customer service industry, so I wanted to follow his example.)Also, the design of the card key was cute and unique to Ueno (lol) I would like to use it if I go to Ueno again.

After the epidemic, the Japanese yen depreciated... but housing prices did not become cheaper. This is a business hotel that hasn’t increased its price too much. Nothing to say about the location. The front desk service was very good. They helped me handle my home delivery luggage attentively. They also provided cold towels when I checked in on a hot day, which was really great. The only shortcoming is that the dust cleaning is still not as careful as before the epidemic. After the epidemic, there is a lack of work... The cleanliness of Japanese hotels is really bad. I will consider accommodation next time I travel😃

I was unable to check in for some reason. I communicated through the platform to ask for an extension. The hotel found that there were no check-in passengers and there was no notification. After communication, the hotel still asked the no-check-in passengers to pay. It was very bad. It said through agoda that it was assisting, but I don’t know if it was actually handled. It will not be done in the future. I would not recommend this hotel if you book it through agoda ~ very unfriendly

I went to the restaurant attached to the hotel for lunch.The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno Station.When using the restaurant, please use the restroom on the first floor of the hotel.The private rooms are relatively large, with one for each gender.
