The price is cheap!Quite cheap compared to surrounding accommodations! No problem with customer serviceThere is Wi-Fi, but it's not fast enough to watch videos comfortably. Tethering on your smartphone is over 10 times faster. The baths are heated until 9:30pm and the changing rooms are very cold. The room is pretty clean and brightThe heating is good, so it's not cold, but the bathroom is shared and cold. There is no washlet toilet. The bathroom is very cold, so you have to wear your clothes, but the person near the toilet (me) had to go before I could get dressed. When I returned to my room, my body was completely cold and I had a hard time falling asleep.

I stayed there for work, and although the staff were friendly, I could feel that they were staying overnight at every step of the way, so I didn't feel comfortable. …
