2024.06.26 VisitHutte was closed today.I used the toilet outside (100 yen charge).Having a toilet here is very helpful.

Due to the worst response from the hut guard, the image of the hut guard has become bad😈I visited the hut for the first time when patrons were having lunch inside.I decided to ask the hut keeper where the drinking water 🚰 was located at the campsite, the state of the autumn leaves, recommended viewing spots, and because I wanted to see the dog 🐕 because it was so cute.They treated me sternly, telling me, ``We don't accept customers who don't have plans to order anything, and regular customers don't like outsiders, so please leave,'' and I was chased out of the hut within seconds.I thought the hut keeper was someone who loves nature and enjoys meeting climbers, but he turned out to be a golden warrior and I didn't want to visit him again!

Coffee is so delicious for some reason! We also recommend pasta for the lunch set. I can't believe you can eat such delicious food deep in the mountains! Also I want to go!

I took a restroom break during my trek from Shibu Pass.Next time, I would like to come and stay overnight during the snowy season. *There was also a tent area.

I only used the toilet during the trek.You can use it by paying a cooperation fee of ¥100.It was nice and clean.

2022/5/3It is open all year round and has a large tent area. You will be walking on a mountain trail that cannot be reached by car and requires mountaineering equipment. Although you can occasionally hear the sound of the national highway, it is nestled next to a beautiful clear stream in a beautiful wetland protected by the steep ridge of Mt. Shirane. 1 hour walk each way to Ohira Wetland. It takes about 3 hours round trip to Shibu Pass. Approximately 6 hours round trip to Kusatsu's Shirane/Yoshigahira-men promenade entrance. There was quite a bit of snow left on this day, but there were several mountain skiers and three tents pitched at the tent site. There is a paid toilet.
