At this price you can't ask for much, however without real check-in and identity verification it becomes more problematic.I stayed 3 nights and despite the lockers available I couldn't keep everything safe.I lost (it was stolen) several clothes, a towel and a pair of glasses. There is no natural person so making a claim becomes much more difficult...

Visiting Japan on a budget, this is great. A few minutes walk to Ueno park and shopping. Close to train stations that can bring you or take you to either area airport or anywhere else in Tokyo. There are lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. But keep in mind this is a no frills place. You get a bed, pillow, and covers. And acess to toilet and shower and comon area. Mixed on 3f girls only on 4f

I wasn't expecting it, but it was better than I thought??! The road to get there is rough because it's an entertainment district, but if I don't care, it's not a big problem haha. …

It was over a month ago, but I stayed here. I was a little concerned about safety since it is located in an area with many nightlife shops, but there were no problems at all. When I entered the hotel for the first time, I was a bit confused as it was my first time checking in using the tablet installed, but I was able to check in without any problems. The same goes for going out and checking out.It was my first time in a hotel without staff on site, so I was a little confused, but I didn't have any problems. The inside of the hotel felt clean. I also enjoyed using the shower. This time, I stayed on the upper floor, but it was quite difficult to climb up. I wanted something a little better. And a request. It's not limited to this, but it would be great if there was a movable shelf (usually folded up, which can be used as a shelf when needed) in the space above the feet (in other words, the entrance) inside the capsule. I feel happy. I want to leave my things there when I'm sleeping.

I used it for the first time because I just came from Aomori by Shinkansen, ate in Ueno, and then slept.🙋🏻‍♀️´-I received an unlock code via email and entered the room. It was late so I brushed my teeth and went to bed😪It's very good to enter without worrying about the reception time( '-^ )bThe washroom in the common area was a little unpleasant because there was long hair falling down, but I guess it was just the fault of the person who happened to be there. There is no problem in using it just for a little sleep! ️Just be careful of your valuables ✨

Location is unbeatable. Room is small but acceptable due to central location. No luggage storage. No noise from outside but there are noises by capsule mates, so really depends on who is staying. For example, someone's alarm clock has been running for forever maybe since 4.30am, maybe the intention is to wake everyone up to go sightseeing together. Someone talking on the phone at 5.20am. Another issue is the check-in pin number took very long to come that I thought I was going to sleep on street that night. Chatting on agoda is non responsive.
