I stayed in a room with a hot spring. Good hot springs. The location is close to Yubatake and convenient for sightseeing. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, but there was no local cuisine, so it was a shame that I didn't feel like I was in Kusatsu. The bath in the room erased that regret! It was great. It is better not to put pipe chairs in the lobby,Clean the tatami mats in your room more thoroughly (remove stains),There are times when I want to say "Here we go →" on the corner of the road. There are only a few nice hotels in Kusatsu, so I hope they do their best.

The rice came out with flies in it.It's better not to eat here. And even if I pointed it out, they wouldn't change the meal.

I went there the other day.It was a beautiful, stylish, and wonderful hotel. The person who drove me to the parking lot was very kind and taught me a lot about Kusatsu. The lady at the reception desk for foreigners was also beautiful and very accommodating.Since I went with my daughter, we rented a private bath for 3,000 yen per hour.It was a great hotel, quite large, clean and relaxing.

The food in the room was greatThe bathroom was disappointingThere were two baths and one was not a hot spring.Wouldn't hot spring water be fine for both? You can't enter the private bath unless you pay 3000 yen...Is it a special hot spring water different from the public bath?

My husband and I decided to use it after reading the reviews as it was easily accessible, about 5 minutes walk from Yubatake.【parking】It's a little far from the facility, so you'll have to follow the staff's car. When returning to the facility, you will ride in a staff member's car.[Exterior/Interior]It had a very beautiful exterior and interior that would look great on SNS.But a dog in the hallway (outside) on the way into the facility? feces was falling on the edge. If I had stepped on it by mistake, it would have been the worst.[Room/Facilities]Indoors: Refrigerator, air purifier, hair dryer (mod's hair), potInside the building: There were free drinks on the reception floor. There seems to be a limit to when you can drink. There was a vending machine near the room, but it was expensive. The tatami in the room was a little dirty. The water flow in the sink was poor. The beds were clean and comfortable with no unpleasant smells.[Private bath] 60 minutes ¥3000Access the QR code on the card key you received at the reception and make a reservation. You cannot make a reservation unless you check in, so if you want to make a reservation at your desired time, we recommend checking in early. (You can't enter the room until after 3:00 pm, but reception and luggage storage are open even before that time.)It seems that reservations for the open-air bath will be canceled if it rains. On days when the weather is unstable, it is better to check the weather forecast in advance and decide on a time. The procedure for taking a bath is to go to the reception desk at the designated time and receive the key to the open-air bath and a bath towel. (There are towels in the room, but you can get them so you don't have to bring them.)This time I took a bath called "Comet".The water was a little hot and felt very good. It's an open-air bath, so of course there's no roof, but the changing room also doesn't have a roof, so it started raining halfway through the bath, so my clothes got a little wet.【breakfast】It was a very satisfying experience as I was able to eat a variety of different foods little by little. All of the food was delicious and I don't usually eat it at home.【staff】It seems like they are hiring a lot of people from overseas. Everyone was very nice and we had a comfortable time.

We came to "Kusatsu Onsen" for the first time and enjoyed the baptism of the white sulfur spring from the "Jizo Spring Source", which made us feel extremely comfortable physically and mentally.

A stylish hotel located right next to Kusatsu Onsen's famous Yubatake. After dinner, we had a ``steam cocktail'' at the bar counter in the lobby.
