Anyway, even if I call, I will never answer. No callbacks. I contacted them via email and received a reply within one day. Therefore, I was worried that I could not change my reservation. I stayed in a cottage. It was pretty clean and that was nice. The host's response was either mediocre or mediocre. I wanted to stay in a cottage this time so I used it. If you're looking for a cottage in Kusatsu, I think it's a good value for money, but as a ryokan...I felt like you'd be better served elsewhere within Kusatsu.

The host was very kind and made my trip to Kusatsu the best. All of the private baths were clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable using them. The room was calm and the water area was clean and nice.I would like to use it again when I travel to Kusatsu.

We stayed at the beginning of June.Unfortunately it was raining and it was cold in Kusatsu, but there was a kotatsu in the room and it was very cozy.I was able to heal my daily fatigue at a private hot spring. It was also very nice to be able to use a high-class massage chair for free.

I think it's Gunma NO1 sauna. There is a private sauna with a 90 degree self-rolling temperature, a cold bath of 15 degrees, a hot spring, and an outside air bath. It's worth renting for 90 minutes. Be sure to check availability and make a reservation. The sauna is 3 rotations in the early hours, but it's worth it 💪It's incredibly clean.

It feels like a pension. The owner seemed quiet but was kind. It's quite far from the bus stop, so it's safer to call a taxi. There are only a limited number of restaurants nearby, so be sure to make a reservation or plan accordingly!

The private Loury sauna comes with an open-air hot bath and a cold bath, and it was a much more satisfying environment than I had imagined. We were able to enjoy it at our own pace, and it was a great memory. The Japanese-style room we stayed in on the second floor was spacious, and perhaps because it was winter, there was a kotatsu, which was especially impressive! Breakfast had many items and was very delicious. The facility was clean overall and had heating so I didn't feel cold. The owner was a kind person who often called out to me. Even though I was experiencing something out of the ordinary, I felt warm and comfortable, as if I were living there.Recommended for sauna lovers and those who want to relax and visit the hot springs at their accommodation!

I stayed in Hatsukusatsu and was very satisfied with the very clean room and bath! The price was also reasonable. It is about an 8 minute walk to Yubatake, and there is a slight slope.I would like to stay there again if I have a chance!
