I went there during lunch time between skiing.I saw “Mokumeshi” on Youtube and I definitely want to go there! I was looking forward to it.The hamburger was very delicious.The bread was chewy and the sauce went well with the pork patty.I was also happy that the coffee float and cola float had plenty of soft serve ice cream.The fish burger my companion ate also had crispy fries and piping hot fries.It was delicious.The young lady who handled the cash register was smiling and very kind.Beer vending machines only accept 100 yen coins, but you can exchange money.On my way home, I stopped at a supermarket near the ski resort, and I saw a young lady gently calling out to and helping an elderly woman in a senior car who looked troubled.I thought it was very nice.

I had known about its location for some time, but it was introduced on YouTube from the preparation process, so I decided to go there for lunch while skiing.Ski resort dining areas are often crammed into relatively small spaces, but this one is spacious and has plenty of seating inside a bright interior with lots of windows.The menu is divided into a ticket-based restaurant menu and a self-service cafe (hamburger) menu. The staff will serve the restaurant menu and clean up. The cafe menu also has a semi-self-service feel to it, as the store takes care of cleaning up for you. Please note that payment can only be made in cash; electronic money and credit cards cannot be used.I had it with cutlet, fried rice, homemade kimchi, boiled offal, and rice. The ramen was a little bland, but everything was delicious.The Katsuju cutlet remains crispy in places, and the Koshihikari rice itself is delicious. The fried rice also tasted like something you'd get at a Chinese restaurant in town, and it's very different from the frozen food you get at other ski resorts.Anyway, everything is delicious, so I want to try the hamburger too! So, I visited again during the 3pm break.In addition to the Hutte Burger and Teriyaki Burger, I also ordered a cake that looked delicious when I saw it at lunch.No pictures of the burgers because the kids ate them up in no time (lol)The patties made with mochi pork are crispier than those made with beef, and they are prepared each time you order, so you can enjoy them freshly made and piping hot.There are several other delicious restaurants at Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort, so the choices have increased.Recommended.

It was the most delicious cutlet curry I've ever had at a ski resort! There was also a large stove that functioned like a fireplace, so we warmed ourselves there after eating before heading out on the slopes again.

Although it is located in the mountains, it is quite cheap. It tastes good and you can take a break.
