20 years ago, when I was still married, I participated in Chikatsuri's summer vacation experience tour and learned how to make pottery. A place where I experienced catching bugs and playing in the river with my children. The highlight is watching fireflies with your family surrounded by the light of a large swarm of fireflies in the valley. The stairs where fireworks were set off still remained.

November 13thThe kimono event and jazz live were the best. The second floor banquet hall here has an excellent location. You can see Mt. Makiki in front of you, Mt. Hakkaisan on your left, and the peaks of Mt. Hakkaisan and Joetsu border on your right.A sea of clouds appeared the next morning after staying overnight. It's great to be able to see the sea of clouds from your room.During the ski season, you can also enjoy skiing on the private slopes.March 12thFirst ski of the season...It was a cheerful spring day.Harukasumi?I can't say it's a clear view, though.Skiing while looking at the beautiful scenery will get you excited.Personally, I like My Private Slope.A perfect slope for seniors. The new ski shoes and helmet were also in great condition.March 26thStayed at Fileski. On Sunday, the blue sky began to spread out just before noon. The slopes here are perfect for seniors. And the scenery from the top of the mountain is amazing! This season's file skiing was good.I like the breakfast hereEspecially miso soup with lots of ingredients.Dinner is also kenchin soup with lots of vegetables.April 23rdA large sea of clouds has appeared.A sea of clouds of this size is rare in spring.Sunshine and a sea of clouds. It was the best sceneryMay 29thI went on a wild vegetable picking tour. The staff has always been great, but when it comes to picking wild vegetables, they are by far the best. The hotel grounds are like a bracken garden (lol)A veteran wild vegetable picker will guide you. Here you can experience a special kind of wild vegetable picking. And the location is excellent. You can see Mt. Kinjo and Mt. Makiki in front of you, Mt. Hakkaisan on your left, and Mt. Naeba on your right. It was a good day.November 12thThe weather has been perfect. An event will be held this evening.Uonuma Skyline will be closed during the winter.May 12, 2023I'm here to help you pick wild vegetables.Picking bracken on the slopes of a ski resort. The scenery from an altitude of 400 is absolutely beautiful. You can see Mt. Hakkaisan, Mt. Sakado, Mt. Kinjo, Mt. Makiki, Hirabe, and Mt. Mikuni.A truly wide panorama...On the way home, we received a souvenir of Udo and Urui from the manager who is an expert in picking wild vegetables. The participants were 9 women.I was very happy to receive the souvenir. At this time of year, the scenery is so beautiful that we recommend having lunch at a restaurant with a view.Reservation required for 4 or more people.July 18, 2024Are you feeling like the end of the rainy season?Only Koshi is not open. 😛

It was made with a retro atmosphere and a Showa era feel.It also served as the reception desk for the ski resort, and the customer service was kind.

I used it during the holidays in February 2024.[Transfer]There is a shuttle service from Echigo-Yuzawa Station by a special medium-sized bus. It's a private shuttle bus, so you can almost sit on it. We will go around Ipponsugi Ski Resort and Yoshiri Ski Resort. 70% of the trips were on the way there, and 90% of the rides were on the way back. The ride time is about 30 to 40 minutes. The driver was an elderly man and was very accommodating.[Location]It's right in front of Ipponsugi Ski Resort and the lifts are just around the corner. It's a convenient location where you can ski and then go back to your accommodation and go back to skiing right away.【building】The overall feel is old, but it's good enough for an inn in the snowy mountains. There is no elevator, so there are stairs, so it may be difficult for people with bad legs.[Reception, front desk]A very nice store clerk helped me.【stand】We have souvenirs, snacks, cup ramen, ice cream, ski equipment, and more. Please pay at the front desk. There is no convenience store nearby, so you can either buy it here or buy it at the station in advance.[Waiting, luggage storage]There is a luggage storage area available before check-in and after check-out. It can be used widely by many people. There are separate changing rooms for men and women nearby. You can keep your valuables safe at the front desk.【room】It was a Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats and a space between the boards. There is a unit bath and toilet, small refrigerator and pot, tea cup, tea, TV, heating, telephone, clothes hanger, etc. Overall it's old. There is no safe.I will lay out my own futon. If you put three on it, it's full. The pot was old, and hot water did not come out even when I pressed it.The toilet is Western style and does not have a washlet. The toilet seat is also cold. In the middle of the night, I heard the sound of running water.I didn't take a bath because there was a large public bath, but there were cracks. The air conditioner is old and not modern, but it is warm enough. You can use the nostalgic black telephone, wake-up call, etc.【rental】Rentals are located on the second floor of the inn, just outside the luggage storage area. Lockers are provided for guests, and rental items are already prepared in the lockers. You can exchange it if the size doesn't fit. It's also convenient to be able to store your belongings in lockers. When you come out of the rental room, the ski slope is almost right in front of you.【bath】The public baths are separated for men and women. The space is large enough to accommodate 6 people. The depth is about up to your chest when you sit down. There is also a washing area for 6 people. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are provided. The changing area isn't that big either, so you can use it as you please. There is a hair dryer and a fan. The electric fan was retro.【meal】Both morning and evening are buffet style. Although we stayed for consecutive nights, the side dishes seemed to change several times. On the first night, we have takikomi rice, yakisoba, white rice, udon, stewed beef tendon, mapo tofu, fried foods, sashimi with tuna and salmon, salad, and dessert. On the 2nd day, we will have pilaf, pasta, curry, cutlet, fried shrimp, fried potatoes, sashimi with tuna and salmon, salad, fruit, etc.Breakfast includes two types of bread, rice, porridge, fried chicken, fries, salted mackerel, fried egg, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, salad, etc.Alcohol and other drinks can be ordered for an additional fee. There are many items that children will enjoy.I think some adults are not satisfied with it.【Overall】Overall it was a good ski accommodation.

The rice is luxurious for the priceThat's allIt cost just over 10,000 yen and included a dinner and breakfast buffet, including all-you-can-eat crab. The ski resort in the back isn't that popular, so it wasn't crowded even during the season, and the trails were wide and fairly easy to ski. If you go to the top, there is also a slightly advanced course. On the day, I was friendly with the person at the reception who looked like the owner, and he even gave me a discount. The negative points are that there are stink bugs in the room in the winter and the bathroom is extremely small, but the quality of the food was so high that it made up for that, so I would definitely use it again.

The parking lot was full so I parked on the street and the shuttle bus driver told me. "I almost called the police," he said. I will never go there again.

I went there for the first time on January 22nd, and I was glad that I was able to buy a one-day lift ticket for 2,000 yen at Niigata Prefecture's Onwari, and the parking lot was free. The course was fun to ski, and the children from the school's ski class were also busy.I really enjoyed the top course.

The lower lift is 900m long and is good for beginners and intermediates. The speed of the lift is slow so you can rest (lol)If you are trying snowboarding for the first time, please follow the directions as the lift boarding area is sloped. The parking lot behind the hotel didn't seem to be very large, so there were some people parking on the street. This ski resort has a relaxing atmosphere and is recommended for families. Yoshiri is open until the end of February, so I was disappointed that I couldn't go skiing there.
