Stayed during the year-end and New Year holidaysBook from the Tabist website, 2 adults and 1 child, 2 nights and 3 days for just over 16,000 yen.I made a reservation 3 months in advance, but I don't know how many rooms there are, but it was the last one.Perhaps due to the influence of inbound tourists, the prices are reasonable these days as accommodation fees are rising across the board.There are about 4-5 parking spaces in front of the hotel, or a considerable number on the 1st floor of the hotel.If you park on the 1st floor of the hotel, you can immediately take the elevator up to your room, so I feel like the 1st floor is more convenient.The elevator will automatically stop at the 2nd floor reception to prevent unauthorized stays or crime, and then go to the destination floor.The room has 2 beds, a bath/toilet, and a kitchenette.Electric cookers in the kitchen cannot be used.There is no washlet in the toilet, but the hot water in the bath comes out so you can wash your butt in the bath depending on the situation.There is plenty of hot water in the bathroom and kitchen.It comes with a simple refrigeration unit, but in winter it will be cooler if you put it on the balcony.It will freeze if you are not careful...The air conditioner was a 2015 Toshiba model, and the filter was clean.The bathroom and toilet are clean and don't smell like dirt.When I was checking around the bed to prevent bed bugs, I found peanut shells and a 100 yen coin.There were no bed bugs.There were about 10 hangers in the closet.Lighting is centrally controlled at the bedsideI stayed for several nights, but it seems that the room is not cleaned, so only new towels were left in front of the room.Check-out is self-service when the front desk is not available, and all you have to do is throw the key into the basket.There is a water server in front of the front desk, and you can enjoy all-you-can-drink coffee, tea, and cocoa.There seems to be a pub/snack shop, so I wanted to use it, but I couldn't because it was closed during the year-end and New Year holidays.There is Urasa Station in about 3 minutes on foot and a 7-Eleven in 5 minutes.There seems to be a home center and a supermarket, but I didn't use them.For a night walk, I recommend seeing the Tanaka Kakuei statue in front of Urasa Station and exploring Urasa Station.It's exciting to know that if you take the Joetsu Shinkansen at 10pm, you can return to Tokyo on the same day.It seemed like it was a one-off operation, but everyone at the front desk was friendly and although it was undeniably old, it was a great stay.

The hot water was perfect.The road in front of me was narrow and a bit dangerous.It was great to have all-you-can-drink cocoa.

Well, in conclusion, I can say that it is an inn with a good balance between price and content. Well, the mountain range of Mt. Hakkais spread out in front of me, and it is truly Paramount. Well, it's near the station and there are many parking lots. When you arrive at your accommodation, we recommend that you first go to the tourist information center at the station so you can get local information. There are leaflets about places to eat and things to see. Well, the building itself may not be new, but it is well maintained and kept clean. It's good that the bath and toilet are separate. You can wash your body to your heart's content in the washing area without touching that hideous shower curtain. The only complaint is that the toilet does not have a washlet. Urasa Station is a major station, so there are many necessary shops nearby. In front of the east exit of the station, there is a statue of Professor Kakuei Tanaka (former Prime Minister).

A few minutes walk from Urasa Station.Although the room is old, it is quite spacious for a single person, and the toilet and bath are separate. However, I am thankful that the price is relatively reasonable.There is an izakaya on the front floor, but there are restaurants, ramen shops, and convenience stores within a short walk, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat.As others have said, it is located in a place surrounded by Shinkansen, conventional lines, and national highways, so it may be a problem for people who are concerned about the sound of trains.There are no proper sidewalks on the road between the station and the hotel, and it can be a bit scary as it is a national highway with a lot of traffic.

It is located about a 5-minute walk from Urasa Station, where the Shinkansen also stops, and you can see the train, Shinkansen, and Mt. Hakkaisan from your room. There is a pub inside the hotel where you can also eat.I think it would be great if we could have free breakfast like before.
