Although the signboard at Kurobe Dam stated that the building was vacant, no one was actually in the building and supplies could not be purchased.

You can't pitch many tents. About 15 pieces.Water and toilets are good. You can also buy beer from the vending machine at the inn.

It seems that it had been renovated until July of this year, and the entire building was beautiful. However, it seems that the operation of the equipment had not yet been confirmed, so there were some places where the washlet could not be used. However, the rice is voluminous and perfect.

I was worried after reading reviews about poor customer service, but both the man and older woman who answered the phone, and the young woman who answered the phone at the time, were very polite and nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast bento. The side dishes were mostly fried foods, and the rice was cold and hard, making it difficult to eat it early in the morning.I think mountaineers would appreciate it if they could have it as rice balls and a standard breakfast side dish.

A few years ago, I saw the owner of an inn treating climbers like a yakuza early in the morning. I didn't know the details, but I thought that wasn't the case.

Thank you for your help at the campsite.Walk 30m down from the lodge in the direction of the dam and you will arrive at a well-marked site. There are about 5 sections in total, with 2 to 3 tents for 1 to 2 people climbing per section. There is a well-maintained water source and toilet. There is a sign at the water hole that says ``Raw water, not for drinking'', but it is probably a mountain tent park that draws fresh water. I think you should decide whether or not to boil it at your own risk. The toilets are separated by gender, but they do not flush. There was no standing paper, so you had to bring your own. The lock in the private room in front of the men's room is broken, so please be careful. This is because, although it is not popular at all, once you enter, you lock the door and relieve yourself. When I finished and tried to leave, the door wouldn’t open⁉️It finally opened after about 10 minutes of rattling, but it only lasted about an hour. I seriously thought that it would be discovered as a skeleton. Please be careful with the key to the private room in front of the men's room.On the day, we left Goshikigahara campsite at 07:50, and the next day we headed to Murodo via Higashi-Ichinokoshi at 07:40.Although the map time was over in both cases, it was a good trip to the mountain.

2021/10/31 Lodge Kuroyon last dayI planned to use the lower hallway on November 1st, and when I went to the lodge to rent a tent area, it was being cleaned up.The host of the lodge responded...Suddenly, a sermon started [What should we do with the toilet? ][The tent venue is closed, so don't play wild! ⠀】[The faucet is also closed! ⠀】I get yelled at like forever💢💢You can pitch a tent, but you will not be responsible for it!!I bowed my head several times and received the OK.I was excited from the first day of hiking⤵︎⤵︎While walking to the waterhole at the pleasure boat pier to get some water, I saw the lodge owner standing in the corner of the pier!!😤🤬😡Instead of being angry, I was disappointed 😤

The room is clean. The toilet is also clean and has a washer. Since we generate our own electricity, there is no electricity at night.I did not feel that the staff treated me poorly as mentioned in the reviews.
