Stayed for one night.Comfortable with air conditioning and wi-fi.The surrounding area is quiet and residential. There was coffee service from check-in, and I also received bread in the morning.I was glad that the accommodation fee was less than 5000 yen per person.

We do not recommend staying with dogs!I used this hotel when I was traveling to Hokkaido with my dog during Silver Week, but I was left with the worst service and was very unpleasant. The manager of the inn seems to hate dogs, and since some people don't like dogs, you should only enter and exit the room through the back door! It is said implicitly,When I hear the warnings about dogs, they are so persistent that I get tired of hearing them.Even though you pay the same price as an adult, there are no trash cans or facilities for pets in the room, so your dog is forced to stay in the dirt floor next to the door. There are no signs in the hotel that indicate areas where pets are allowed or not, and if you point that out, they can just leave if you don't want them. And the response was as much as letting me stay the night. It was so unpleasant that I looked for another hotel and cut my five-night stay to two, but I honestly didn't want to stay there for even one night.(There are many pet-friendly hotels in Hakodate city if you look for them!)I don't think people with pets should have to spend their precious vacation feeling uncomfortable and being treated like criminals.

Microwaves and hot water are only available in the common area at reception. At check-in, we were informed that the reception common area would be closed at 23:00, so it could only be used until 23:00.After checking in, I went shopping for food and other items and returned to the hotel at the last minute at 11pm, but the reception common area was still open, so I started heating up the lunch box I had bought in the microwave, and it was already 11pm. I was told that the common area would be closed and I had to leave immediately, so I couldn't heat up my lunch properly. I know it was my fault because it had been a few minutes since 11pm, but I think the common area was empty when I got back to the inn and they knew I had started using the microwave. I felt a little disappointed that I couldn't at least wait 90 seconds before using the microwave.I can understand that the middle-aged man at the reception desk had a life to live and wanted to close quickly, and I feel bad for coming back just in time, but if this incident hadn't happened, I would have given it a high rating. I'm sorry. .Anyway, there are microwaves and pots in the common area that are not available in the rooms, and the usage time is very strict, so please be careful if you are using it late!

I use it from time to time.Although it is not near a JR station and is far from a tram stop, there is no problem if you access by car.The surrounding area is quiet and residential. There is a bus company's garage across the street, but it's not noisy. The parking lot is a flat parking lot in front of the building, and entry and exit is free. After checking in at the front desk, I headed to my room, which was built like a two-story apartment (the stairs are inside the building). The room is clean and the bath/washroom and toilet are separate. The bed is spacious and comfortable. In the morning, you can receive 3 types of bread, coffee, and juice. The mini croissants were especially delicious.I think this is a style of hotel suitable for Hokkaido, but there is only one store here in Hakodate. I wish there were more.

It was a little hard to find, but it was great. The room was spacious and although it was a family trip, it was relaxing. It's close to sightseeing spots and won't disturb the customers next door even late at night.

It's beautiful!Good cost performance!I repeated it on April 27, 2024, and it was the worst. I was taken to a room on the first floor, but I couldn't stop hearing the footsteps of the guests upstairs! I've used it several times, but this is the first time I've been this uncomfortable. I understand that the customer base is low because it's a cheap hotel, but I realized that no matter where you go, there are low-end people who don't care about the inconvenience to those around them! I felt that if possible, the owner should also consider placing children on the first floor. It's a nice inn, but it's ruined because of low-quality guests who don't think about their surroundings! Also, there was a gejigeji in the room!

The bed is wide and has a hard mattress, so I can sleep well, so I use it, but this time, the towels in the bath smelled really bad, and it was the first time I'd experienced something like this.

The room was spacious and comfortable as shoes were not allowed. The bathroom, toilet, and room were all clean, neat, and comfortable. Can I keep my road bike at the time of reservation? I wrote this and made a reservation. When I arrived at the site and went to the reception desk, I was told that there was a space at the end of the room at the back of the second floor, and I was asked if I would like to use that space. The room was right in front of it, and it seemed perfect for both storage and security. The accommodation was perfect for both service and comfort.Although the location is in a residential area and transportation may be a little inconvenient, the inn itself is great if you have your own transportation, and it is a highly recommended inn.
