Rain leaked from the window, and it was not possible to change rooms, so the only response was to place towels. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well.If you are going to receive compensation, I think you should provide the service responsibly.

It seems that other people have had the same experience, but the canned coffee from the previous guest was left in the room.I was surprised because it was my first experience.Even though so many people have commented that the cleaning is not done properly, I guess they have no intention of improving it.

Rooms and service are great. As a tourist, I don't think it's the best place. Very corporate vibe, so if you are traveling for business, you should consider it.Although the Horaii train station is just a 5 mins walk, one can manage as a tourist as well.

Terrible!!!!!Super dirty and old hotelI had to ask to change roomsThere were strands of hair everywhere.The toilet I don't think was ever cleaned. I had to clean it before using it

I was very disappointed that the room was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of mold in the drain on the toilet side of the unit bath. There was mold in the gasket of the bathtub, and dust on the shelves in the room. I've never been to a hotel where there was so much mold, so I was disappointed. The location and the receptionist's response were good, so I would like them to clean the room more thoroughly.

I don't know how old it was built, but it's quite old for a hotel. The washlet in the toilet, which you don't see these days, is no longer working and needs to be changed!

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but from the moment I entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes...and there were lumps of dust everywhere...The amount that probably didn't accumulate yesterday and today...The location was good, but the lack of cleanliness made it difficult. And 10 minutes before check-out, the guests gathered at the elevator, but the cleaning staff kept getting on and off the elevator, and I couldn't tell you how many times it stopped from the top floor...Can't they at least prioritize the customers before and after check-out? I thought.

Not recommended. dirty.First of all, the information.The elevator is on the opposite side of the front desk, but there is no guidance after the room key is issued. Where's the elevator for a moment? That's what happened. I found it myself though.·corridorAround 10pm. Tools and towels were scattered around as if it was cleaning time.·roomThe interior is normal. The problem is the bathroom.One long hair on the toilet lid. Two in the bathroom bathtub. Frankly speaking, it's unpleasant. Of course, this was before I used it.I guess it hasn't been cleaned. I will never use this APA hotel again.

Dust accumulates on the bed and table.Several hairs were also scattered in the bathroom.A thousand paper cranes containing the founder's thoughts are left on the floor.I am filled with regret.

It's convenient and close to Hiroo station. The room is small, but it's fine if you're alone. I stayed on the 14th floor, and the water pressure in the shower was good.

It can't be helped that it's old.But it's dirty.I don't want to use it again.The price was reasonable.There was hair and dust on the bottom of the base of the pot, dust on the electric cover in the shower room, and dust in the corners of the room.The shower room smells musty.I didn't mind the reception staff's response, but the foreign cleaning staff didn't even say hello and for some reason just kept looking at me. Uncomfortable.

The toothbrush and toothpaste used by the previous customer were still there. I doubt whether cleaning is really being done. It was so disgusting that I don't want to stay there again. I woke up in the morning, so I couldn't ask to change my room.

5 minutes walk from the nearest Hiroo Station.It's easy to understand because it's a straight road.I arrived after 5pm, but as soon as I got off the elevator, there were garbage bags lined up and I could hear the voices of people from overseas, so I was worried about safety.The ceiling of the room was full of dust, which I have dealt with at various APA hotels, but perhaps because of the location, I would hesitate to use it next time.----Added at 10pm----I reduced the star rating for the guest room...Fill the bathtub halfway with hot water and take a bath.I washed my face while draining the water from the bathtub, and was surprised when I drew the shower curtain after washing my face.The toilet area of the unit bath, or what we would call the changing area at home, was flooded with about 2 cm of water, and the foot wiping mat was floating.The water barely reached the inside of the room, so I panicked.I've been on business trips and staying in hotels every week for the past three years, and I thought I was careful not to let the hot water leak out through the curtains when I took a shower, but what a mistake! ? I thought about it and reflected on it.For now, use a bath mat to scoop and squeeze the accumulated water, scoop and squeeze repeatedly to drain it.In the second half, I found out that there was a drain under the sink, and the water was flowing out safely.I look back on my actions and have no idea why this happened...Suddenly, I filled the bathtub about 1/3 full with hot water and drained it, and when I looked at the toilet side, I noticed that the water was slowly flooding in!Perhaps the water from the bathtub wasn't able to keep up with the amount of water draining, and the water backflowed and flooded the toilet...I thought this was overseas.Even though the soles of my feet were clean, I couldn't go back indoors without stepping on wet areas from backflowing water.I thought it was an old hotel, but it was the worst.The APA hotel book says ``strong luck,'' but I feel like my luck is down. That's ironic. .The good thing is the water pressure in the showerMust have VOD and cast functions.I have used APA hotels in various places, but this was the lowest level ever.Since it's an APA hotel, I booked it without reading the reviews, but from what I've read from other people, the dust and lack of cleaning have been pointed out for several years, and despite my polite replies, it hasn't been improved. There doesn't seem to be any intention to improve it...We recommend that you book with caution or do not use this place.
