The building is old and the rooms feel old, but the plumbing and other areas have been renovated and are comfortable. We had breakfast included, and it was delicious with plenty of Japanese food (free refills). The tram station is also nearby, and the ropeway is also within walking distance. There is a parking lot and it is convenient. However, the trick is to get in early because only one person can use the women's bath at a time.

The food was simple, delicious and plentiful, and although the room was a Japanese-style room and not new, it was well-cleaned and I was able to rest in peace. It was really helpful because I was able to store my bike in the garage during a typhoon. They were also really kind to me, arranging sightseeing taxis (and negotiating prices), and letting me wait in my room even after I checked out when I was having trouble with the delay in ferry departure. It is a convenient location for sightseeing on foot or by tram.
