Perfect location especially for Akihabara, Asakusa, Tokyo Station and Shibuya. Subway line 5 minutes walk from the door, which goes everywhere.Apartment was clean, quiet and well stocked with amenities. Enjoyed our stay and the host was extremely responsive. Highly recommended.

The place was dirty upon arrival. I kept finding uncleaned spots during my stay. They would not allow me to cancel. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything and everyone around you. There is no daily room cleaning even for longer stays. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I think this is the only hotel where you can stay for about 10,000 yen. The rooms are much larger than business hotels. There is also a microwave and washing machine, making it perfect for long-term stays. There are many convenience stores and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, so it's very convenient for eating and shopping. The sweets they left in the room were also delicious. thank you very much!

The room is fully equipped and clean. It has an ironing board, a scale and a washing machine. It is very convenient for traveling. There are double beds and single beds in the room. It is very comfortable for a family of three. There is a convenience store next to it, with fruits, vegetables and lunch boxes. It has everything you need, and the transportation is convenient. It's five minutes away from the station. Highly recommended.

The environment is comfortable, clean, and functional. There is a washing machine, microwave, and small refrigerator in the room. There is a supermarket next door. The lady at the counter is kind and cute. I just happened to have a damaged suitcase and need to ask them to help dispose of it (additional fee). From Kameido Station It's very close. The website hasn't been updated yet. In fact, you don't have to carry your luggage to the overpass. There is an elevator next to the overpass which is very convenient. I would like to stay here again next time.

It's so bad that you should never book it. I originally booked through the website a month ago and received a reply from the hotel on the website. When we wanted to check in at 9 pm, the old woman at the counter said there was no way to check our order and asked for a worse room. Want us to live inI think they figured out that ordinary travelers can't find a hotel in a short time and used this method to make up for the discounts on the booking website. Others have also encountered this kind of thing.The worst thing about their hotel is that the people at the front desk are different from the people at the backend of the booking website, and there is no way to communicate smoothly. The people at the front desk can't make the decision, but the people at the backend don't understand the situation at all.When we asked for a refund, we were almost cheated by them because they said, "We don't want this room ourselves."The problem is that we didn't book this at all. Suddenly there were no rooms, but now we were asked to stay in a cheap hotel. It was terrible.If you pay attention to safety, I would not recommend you to live there. The stairwell and elevator are very small, and the door to the room is also very small. If the two rooms are opened at the same time, they will hit each other.All I can say is that it’s really bad. It’s so bad that there’s more leftover.

Room is superb , I like that they provided the washing machine in your bathroom , which is ideal and troubleless , ENGLISH OPERATING MANUAL IS AVAILABLE, The receptionist spoke English and Mandarin, very friendly lady , she show us to the room and explained the do's and don't. very quiet place there is a supermart and 711 nearby so is very convenient.

Even though I had made the reservation about a month in advance, it was canceled without notice on the night before my stay, and when I asked over the phone, I couldn't find out anything about it (as I was a foreigner, so I had nothing to complain about), so I'll get back to you later. This is what happened after that.It's impossible.We have canceled your reservation because the hotel room is not available for reservation.We apologize for the delay in contacting you.I completed the reservation on the 5th of this month, and entered the information on the 21st. I have 8 days up until today to inform them of the cancellation of the reservation, including the reason. I guess you couldn't do it.This is the first time I've had a cancellation without notice the day before, and I'm also very troubled.Hotel Thank you for your reply. The system encountered an error and the calendar system opened automatically. We have canceled your reservation because the room is not available for reservation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.By the way, after making a reservation, I had to enter information for both the person making the reservation and the person accompanying them, and I was also asked to submit a photo of my ID.I feel like I've been scammed by a new type of fraud, as I was unable to stay even though I went to that length.

More than my expectation, across the hotel is michelin star restaurant which means the location is very strategic. Near 2 Train station with (relatively) Big size room.My downside about this hotel is:- i can't find receptionist at 12 afternoon, maybe because they busy cleaning up the room. There is some announcement in front of the door write that if you don't see anyone please contact us in this phone. So if you are using abroad number, what you can do is only wait because you can't contact them if you only have messenger in your phone.Everything else is good.

Literally the worst!Me and my girlfriend made a mistake on an online booking tool and booked a room. It should have been posible to cancel it but the staff did not want to help us and let us down. Really a sad experience in a beautiful country.Shame on that!Gezeichnet Head of Ellmendingen

I evacuated there because it was a weekend and hotels in the city center were getting too expensive. Kameido is surprisingly close to the city center, and there are Don Quijote and restaurants, so it's convenient!Although it was recently built and clean, it was reasonably priced, and the bathtub was compact but comfortable without any inconvenience.I was able to use the washing machine and microwave for free, which was very helpful!However, the cleaning was rated at 90 points, and there were a few things that were overlooked, such as hair and used towels being left in drawers, so I wish people would be more careful.(However, the overall situation was clean and comfortable so that this mistake didn't bother me too much!)Speaking of details, it was very troublesome to need a photo of your passport or insurance card in advance before check-in.I also had to wait a while because they didn't answer the phone, which was a bit of a problem.However, the price was low and the building was new and the room was comfortable, so I would like to use it again!

It is close to the station and next to the supermarket. Shopping is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and equipped with washing machines, microwaves, and refrigerators. They are clean and comfortable, suitable for vacations and long-term stays.
