The flyer said it was 12,000 yen per person with all-you-can-drink on weekdays, so we went right away. We had a lot of beer, wine, and snacks for the welcome drinks. The food was really delicious. We'll be spending next summer vacation with our grandchildren. I want to go again.

The room was spacious and the hot spring was especially nice. Dining at the restaurant on the 2nd floor is also good. Beer, sake, wine, and whiskey are free for the dinner buffet^^ Be sure to try the hamburgers and ramen.Hot springs are a must!!!

I was more than satisfied with the price. The children are particularly excited about breakfast. There were various things like the soft serve ice cream being out of stock and the free drinks at night being empty, but I was still able to enjoy more than the price.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and the curtains in the unit bath had a lot of black mold and I felt that even though it was a very nice hotel, it wasn't kept well-maintained.Furthermore, I only stayed for one night, but it seemed like there were ticks or bedbugs in the bed I was sleeping in, so the next morning I found my body itchy and found bite marks all over my body, and it was extremely itchy.I felt sad even though it was my first time staying at a good hotel called Mercure.

We stayed here on a Friday with two adults. It was just 20,000 yen with two meals, which is 10,000 yen per person. The room was spacious and the price was great given the high price of living, but it has become a cheap or bad hotel. However, most of the parts can be easily improved, so I hope you will do your best to improve them.(1)About the room. It's great that the room is spacious. It can't be helped that the wallpaper and furniture are old because it's been a long time since it was built. However, I wonder if there is dust or mold attached to it. Especially the air conditioner vents. Moist dust from summer condensation was caked in, and mold was also growing. I think it is basic to thoroughly clean the guest rooms, so I would like them to put effort into doing so.(2)About dinner. Before the food tastes good, the wiring is too bad. The food is arranged at each desk, but the distance between the desks is narrow, and when the servers bring the food in a courtesy car, they end up bumping into guests. First of all, all dishes should be lined up against the wall, separating the line of communication between those serving the food and the guests. Also, the tableware return table was full, and some people were unable to return the tableware. I think it would be a good idea to move the return station closer to the pantry so that when it's full, you can immediately change it at the pantry, or better yet, use the pantry as the return point. We also have Toyama's local menus all in one place, but that's why there are long lines. Local menus should be distributed over several locations to avoid queues.(3) About the lounge. Lounges give the impression of being quiet and calm, but this lounge is too lawless. One desk seats 2 to 4 people, but some guests were able to put the desks together to seat 12 people. That would have been enough, but they brought in Japanese sake that was probably sold at the shop, and they had a party that was so big that you might have mistaken it for an izakaya. This is also due to the fact that there is no staff on hand. This is a problem that can be resolved by simply having one staff member on hand to alert people who violate manners. If it is not possible to have staff live permanently due to labor cost issues, I think the best option would be to secure the desks and chairs so that they do not make any physical noise.I've written a lot about this, but the price is great because it includes two meals, so I'd like to see improvements made.
