This is a very cost-effective hotel.Highly recommended if you just want to sleep.■LocationIt's a 6-7 minute walk from Toyama Station, and the hotel is in a great location where you can see Toyama Station right in front of you.The area surrounding the hotel is a business hotel area, and the atmosphere is bright and calm. I think you can move around with peace of mind even late at night.■FacilitiesThe building has a nostalgic look from the Showa era, but it has been thoroughly cleaned and has a clean feel to it. You will need to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk, so it is best to ask at the time of check-in.The person at the front desk didn't have a smile on his face, but he kindly gave us information on nearby restaurants and recommended sightseeing spots.■Guest roomFirst, regarding the air conditioner, which was mentioned in many reviews, Mitsubishi's Kirigamine was installed and worked normally. The cooling effect was also good. The interior design has a retro feel, but it has been well maintained and there are no noticeable stains or scratches. The water area is clean and the rooms are spacious, so I think it is one of the best business hotels.The weather on the day of our stay was a rainstorm, but the soundproofing was so good that you couldn't tell without looking outside.I don't know the situation in other rooms, so it may be hit or miss.I don't think it would be a good idea to refrain from using it just because of the bad reviews.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Maybe it was just my room, but the air conditioner didn't work at all. I chose it because it was close to the station and just wanted to go back to sleep, so the check-in was late and I felt sorry for complaining, but the day I stayed was extremely hot. It was so hot that I started sweating as soon as I entered the closed room, and even with the air conditioner set to the lowest temperature and the air flow to high, it didn't cool me down at all and was just blowing air.What was cool about this hotel were the hallways and lobby.I won't be using it again.

I think the location is good. It's near the station 👀However, because the walls are thin, I can easily hear the sounds from the next room, but they don't complain when I'm watching the TV turned up loud, but when I'm on an important phone call at a normal volume, they complain. What do the guests in that room have to say? Also, before you complain to others, you yourself make a lot of noise when opening and closing the door. 👀It's like, don't be kidding. Anyway, I felt uncomfortable.
