We spent 2 weeks in Hakuba split between Soil and a corporate-managed property, the latter being typical in this area. What a difference there was. On top of being as clean, comfortable and efficient as a managed property, the hands-on owner at Soil provided a home for our family of five. As she stated, as though we were cared for by a relative.The home is designed so that the group can stay connected during downtime, while those seeking solitude or focus have their space. The dedicated home office is a huge plus.Highly appreciated was the owner’s connections to activities, and knowledge of F&B and the latest in the area. If you happen to enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is 5-star.

This was my second time staying in Hakuba, and I was very satisfied with staying at this facility.They were very helpful and responded immediately via LINE to any questions we had beforehand or during our stay.I was very satisfied with the service, as I was given a welcome gift and beer.I'm sorry that I couldn't thank you directly.I am satisfied with the facilities as well.Please prepare only your toothbrush when staying overnight!I would definitely like to visit again.

Stayed with 6 people including friends and family.I had a blissful time during my stay.Inside the facility, attention to detail was felt, each item was of high quality, and was extremely comfortable to use.In particular, the cypress bath had a pleasant scent and warmth, and it was the perfect space to relax and soothe the fatigue of a long journey.The natural beauty and tranquility of the surrounding area was soothing and I looked forward to the walk. It rained on the last day, but the calm atmosphere was another joy.It was a great place to stay and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will never forget the hospitality and charm of this accommodation, and I would definitely like to use it again next time.

The building was just built and was very clean.The ceiling is high and each piece of furniture is tasteful.It was a very comfortable space.The most wonderful thing was the cypress bath.The cypress bath, which comfortably accommodates two adults, was the best.While sitting around the tabletop fireplace on the balcony next to the living room on the second floor.It was also blissful to spend time relaxing with friends.The kitchen is also clean, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker.Comes with a kettle and everything,It was the perfect space where I wanted to live.There is also a washing machine and dryer.There are three bedrooms, each with two single beds and plenty of pillows.High repulsion type? The pillow was nice and moist.There were also three toilets so I felt safe.You can also watch streaming services on the TV built into the wall in the living room.This cute and stylish speaker has excellent sound.It was only 2 nights, but I wish I could stay longer.I thought it was great.It's a great place to stay while working as it has quite a lot of facilities.Highly recommended.By the way, there is a campsite next door with no obstructions.There are hotels nearby and a few cute cafes.A short drive away will take you to saunas, baths,There is also a delicious Genghis Khan restaurant.Even in summer, two nights is not enough.There is information on nearby delicious restaurants on the menu inside the facility.Please refer to it.

It was a nice pension.The taste of the furniture and amenities is also wonderful.Equipped with tableware and chairs100 points for design and function including speakersThe cypress bath was also very pleasant.A moment spent by the fireplace on the balconyIt felt like I was traveling abroad.There are also delicious restaurants within walking distance.If you use a car, you are very close to ski resorts and gondolas.The location is quiet and comfortable.I had a wonderful weekend.I want to go there again~I would like to introduce it to my friends.

It was very quiet and the view of the greenery from the living room window was amazing.There is also a cypress bath and a barbecue grill, so taking a walk and having a barbecue while looking at the scenery was the perfect holiday!

The facility was very clean, and the view of greenery from the large windows was pleasant, making it a comfortable stay. It was so great to be able to borrow an E-bike and a baby carrier for my small child and walk around Hakuba Village with my family!
