Thank you very much for your help. Despite the inconvenience caused, the staff were very kind. I am very grateful.The inside of the hotel was a comfortable hotel where you could feel the love the owner had for the hotel, Matsumoto, and the guests.The izakaya next door has a great atmosphere and the food is delicious. I recommend this place! If you go to Matsumoto in Nagano, be sure to become a fan! MATSUMOTO!

Great hostel ideal for a family stay

A very special hotel. We got a large room with a common space and 6 capsule beds. There are no showers in the room. There is a shared and very pleasant onsen. A traditional style hotel where you have to take off your shoes at the entrance. You get robes, towels and everything else. The hotel's restaurant is simply excellent

First of all, you cannot pull the futon in your room.It wasn't in the guide, so I thought maybe you could pull it out while you were eating.It stays the same even when you return to your room. It was not a place for people who were old or tired from traveling to stay.The building has been renovated, but the tatami mats have not been replaced and are in disrepair.Not quaint but old. It was a difficult room to sleep in.Also, there are no vending machines throughout the property, so there is no place to get drinks.The water at the front desk was at room temperature, and the sanitary conditions were unclear. I don't want to drink much.The bathroom is also noticeably unsanitary.The food was from the attached restaurant, which was completely independent, and it was very delicious.
