I stayed there during the Obon period.Over 26,000 yen per person per night including two meals.I was excited because it was my wedding anniversary, but there were a lot of disappointing things and I won't be ordering again.Points that caught my attention・As soon as you enter the entrance, there is a shoe rack and reception desk on your right. All of them are unorganized, messy, and dirty.・You can hear voices from other rooms and outside sounds. It's not like you can't sleep because of the noise, but you need to be careful about the noise.- There are differences in the level of staff service. The people serving the meals are mainly young women, and one of them responds to questions in an overbearing manner. I felt very bad because they didn't try to understand the intent of the customer's question, and instead spoke in a unilateral way.The male staff at the reception seemed to be trying their best to provide hospitality, so I was disappointed that I felt an even greater difference in level.Good point・Both the baths, indoor bath, open-air bath, and private bath, were very good. The water temperature seems to get hot in the summer, and the indoor bath was quite hot (about 45-46 degrees?), but I personally felt very comfortable using it.-Makeup remover and face wash were provided.・The airflow from the hair dryer in the room is strong.・The amount of food is large. The horse sashimi and Shinano snow trout sashimi were delicious.Given the quality this time, I thought it would be reasonable to pay around 15,000 yen.I don't travel much during the Obon period, so I didn't understand the market prices, but I wanted to have an experience that was worth the money.

It's a shame.I went there with high expectations for the quaint building and restaurant. The room, hallway, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The only disappointing thing was dinner, the grilled fish seemed undercooked, so I asked for it to be re-cooked, but I had to leave it. It smelled fishy and I couldn't eat it.Also, even though I was discussing the doneness of the food right in front of the staff member who brought the food to me, he didn't say a word about it and just asked me what time I would like to have breakfast the next day. I felt sad that it just went away.

Second visit to Asama Onsen. This time, we will be staying at this inn, which is built like a hideaway storehouse. It was an inn with a great atmosphere.Of course the hot springs were great, but I felt like the food was a little lacking. It went well without any particular problems.
