Worst accommodation.Although I had confirmed the affiliated parking at the time of reservation, I ended up paying the regular price of 5,000 yen after only being informed of the location at check-in.The rooms were simply divided into four blocks, with only one common light. I wanted to take a break early, but I couldn't. The construction is sturdy and narrow, and the bed is a simple mat. It felt like we were staying in an emergency accommodation, and all I could think about was how early the night would end.I don't even want to remember staying at this facility.

It was so noisy I couldn't sleep.What can I do if I'm a regular?Stayed for one night.There were about 5 Japanese guests who seemed to be regulars.People were drinking loudly in the guest lobby until around 2am.Our facility has a pub on the first floor, but it's not there.Is this allowed?It was really too loud.The lobby door is left open, creating a quiet interior.Laughter that echoes forever.I will never stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights in the dorm. On the second night the staff put new people in our beds and clothes we left on the bed were gone. when we wanted to talk to the staff about it no one was ther to help us. Very unpleasant experience.

It’s good place to stop maybe at least 2 nights. The room I got was quite alright. I liked their common area and their free coffee. The location is the best!

The location is right in front of the Flower Clock Square and has a great atmosphere.There's a 1,000 yen parking lot in partnership, so it's ok.The room was simple but cozy, and the place I stayed in had only one room on that floor, which was great!The people at the store are also very friendly.

Definitely the best guesthouse in Matsumoto! Anyway, the staff are kind and friendly! It was my first time staying here, but I had a very comfortable stay. There is also a kitchen in the lounge, so you can prepare your own meals. It was my first time to stay in a guest house with a single bed in the dormitory, and I was surprised! Matsumoto Station is about 5 minutes away, and you can walk to public baths and Aeon Mall. After staying here, I fell in love with Matsumoto.
