The room was spacious and I was able to relax. When I checked the fireworks time with the young female employee at the front desk, she told me an hour different time, which threw everything off, including bath time and dinner. I wish the front desk knew about this. That was quite disappointing.

When checking in, the attitude and language of the man at the front desk was arrogant. When I went to my room, I found that the sliding door in the closet had fallen off the threshold and was leaning diagonally. There was a warning not to open the window because stink bugs would get in there, but bees were flying around in the room I stayed in.I understand the recent inbound tourism, but the Chinese are doing whatever they want at buffet venues and public baths, and the Japanese are away. If you want to relax in the public bath, only do it at dawn.Breakfast starts at 7:00, so if you're going to Kurobe Dam early in the morning, you won't be able to eat breakfast here. At my house, the arrogant front desk clerk told me, "Oh, that's impossible. Yes, then you'll have to give up breakfast." At the time of making the reservation, I was only able to book a plan that included breakfast, and I knew it would be difficult due to time constraints, but I was a little disappointed when I was told that the plan would be waived. It was a lot of disappointment.

I stayed at Yukai Resort in Toyama Prefecture. The overall service and food were of stable quality, but the whole room was so moldy that I couldn't get used to it until the end, and my throat felt dry for a while...I was a little worried about whether it would be okay for people with allergies.I didn't notice any smell other than the room...maybe it can't be helped since it's an old building, but I was disappointed that I could barely spend the night there...
