Couldn't rate this lower. I turn up - no front desk, no email telling me how to access my room, no answer to any of the phone numbers listed so I can figure out how to get into a/my room. And I tried for around two hours to get hold of them.Avoid like the plague.

I was scared of traveling alone, so I always took guided tours, but I went on a solo trip for the first time in Osaka. I wanted to take my time and wander around the alleys, but fortunately there was a small park nearby and a place where I could have a drink at a nearby restaurant, so I was able to walk around without difficulty.There was a subway just a short walk away, so transportation seemed to be smooth.It was cheaper than other places, so I didn't expect much, but I made good memories.

I recently traveled to Osaka with friends, and the facilities were very clean.Act 4 I've been doing well for 5 days and then I'm leaving. I want to use it again next time!The staff are very friendly and I recommend it.

The staff are very friendly! I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m so thankful… haha.Thanks to you, I had a great time in Osaka! Actually, I chose it because I thought it was cost-effective, but I was surprised that it was better than I expected. I will use it again when I go to Osaka!

The staff at Konitel 4th branch are friendly. The building next door was under construction, so during my long-term stay, the sound of construction was so noisy every morning that I ended up canceling the contract midway due to financial losses. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation!!
