I stopped by when I was running the Nagano Marathon, and the owner was very friendly and even provided transportation. I will still use it the next time I come to Nagano!

I used it at Bag Packers about a year and a half ago. It was a great memory to be able to talk with other guests and the owner who were staying on the same day!

Cozy and nice, has every basic thing you need. Half an hour away from Nagano station by bus. Host even brought us with his car to a nearby Onsen to relax

The host was very nice, he also accompanied us to the place we needed to go. In the evening we spent time all together drinking and chatting. The rooms were clean and I had everything I needed. It's true that it's not in a central position but the bus stop it's literally next to the hostel. I warmly recommend this place! 😁

Cleanliness in a good hostel standard. The gentleman who owns the service is very good. Helps provide good information on travel, onsen, and dinner. The accommodation is a wooden building. There may be some noise issues.

I went in the summer and it was so hot that it was hard to sleep. There was no one in the shop, so I had no choice but to endure. The air conditioner was on, but the temperature setting was high. The staff at the store were kind, so I didn't feel uncomfortable.
