I stayed with a friend. There was also a BBQ set, so we all had a BBQ dinner together and it was a fun memory! I would like to use it again when I come to Karuizawa 🥳

ITS AWFUL!! DO NOT STAY HERE.I gave it 5 stars so you can see the reviews. ,I did 5 stars so everyone can see.Anyway, the host's response is too bad.First of all, the name Poehler is not the person's name.It is the name of the real estate company, and when I asked him for his name, he did not give his name.Since he was a foreigner, it was difficult to understand Japanese, and the way he spoke was very rude.When I checked in, there was a used diaper stuck in the shoe rack next to the entrance, and there was hair and dust everywhere. I wonder if he just provided towels and made the bed? That's about it.What surprised me most was that I found a stranger's cell phone on the table in the living room, and when I contacted them, I was told that it belonged to someone who had stayed there before us and that they had been looking for it for a long time. There were no babies there either, so the diapers were probably quite old. . .Probably because my room wasn't cleaned, my family members, including myself, got bite marks from ticks or something, so I called them about that, and when I told them about the diaper issue, they showed me the evidence. He asked me if I had one, and when I told him I had taken a photo, he abruptly hung up.I think it's disgusting for a person to raise their voice and act like that without even a word of apology.Afterwards, I spoke with the head office of Polar Resort and was told that the host was an intermediary for AIRBNB and was not an employee.I was told not to contact AIRBNB as they would take care of the issue, so I waited for a few days, but there was no contact from them at all, so I decided to contact AIRBNB, and 24 days after my stay. I think the request was probably delayed on purpose because they said they would not be able to respond if they did not contact me within that time. It's a terrible vice.I should have contacted AIRBNB earlier, but I was confused because it seemed like they were intermediaries.Currently, we are being handled by AIRBNB.I hope it doesn't get postponed again and I don't want to deal with it.Please be careful as they seem to have other properties. Perhaps because there were 9 family members, we paid nearly 400,000 yen for two nights.I feel like my trip was ruined.

I used it in July!The facility was very clean and stylish.There were lots of pesticides, but I didn't need them.The bathroom also had a large bathtub, so it was nice to be able to relax.This time we also borrowed a barbecue set and had a great time.We had a barbecue on the wooden deck, and there were chairs and hammocks, so we had a wonderful summer vacation!I would like to use it again when I stay in Karuizawa ☺️However, when I looked it up on Google, it was a little difficult to find the entrance.
