Clean and well-organized rooms, but the check-in procedure does not work, even with the pre-check-in QR code.Luckily, an employee who was passing by was able to help us by calling a number, but if he hadn't been there, we would have been on the street because our B-mobile SIM card didn't allow us to make calls.

Very good. The staff were helpful during check-in. There is a place to store your luggage. Travel comfortably The room is very clean and new. There is a private bathroom. The bed is comfortable. You can walk to the subway for 240 meters or walk to Shinsaibashisuji for 750 meters. There are buses right in front of the hotel. There is a convenience store nearby. Terrible place. Horrible check-in procedure. This place will waste your time waiting for check-in issues to be resolved all the while constant beeping noises will drive you insane. More like a well polished mental asylum.

I have read many bad comments about check-in and it was something that had me worried since I was going to be arriving at 11:30 p.m. and I was afraid that no one could help me, it was actually quite simple although I understand if there are older people who might find the procedure difficult. The room was super small, my partner and I chose two separate beds to avoid a small double bed and the truth is that the single beds were quite large and comfortable. The photos of the accommodation are true to reality. Regarding the size of the room, it was super small, you cannot open the suitcase and if there are two people they will have to stand aside to let the other person pass. But I guess it's Japan's standard, so you'll be fine. The air conditioning works perfectly. It does not have a window, this is something that is not mentioned in the description, rather... it has a window that cannot be opened or looked outside. It has a free washing machine on the ground floor that washes and dries very well, it is a great help. Anyway, the quality/price ratio may be okay but next time I would think twice about staying here, nothing particularly bad but I would try something more central.
