I've used it several times during weekend stays and golf outings in Karuizawa.There is an open-air bath that overlooks Mt. Akagi, and a sauna.You can drink as many drinks as you like in the lounge after leaving the bath.You can drink alcohol more freely at the front lounge of the building.

I stayed in the villa building in front of the hot spring building.The room was kept very clean and I felt comfortable. The kitchen facilities were perfect, and I was very grateful for the Bluetooth speaker.

Stayed with family.If you want to take a bath or have breakfast, you can call the front desk from your room using the extension number, and a car will come to pick you up on the premises.There was a drink service in the rest room of the bathroom.I used it in the winter, and it was great because the floor heating was available and the room was warm.We have a complete set for cooking.Since there is no supermarket nearby, it might be a good idea to do some shopping.

The attitude at the counter was very good, and the corresponding process made me feel professional and enthusiastic about service.The small cable car in the hot springs can be used to see Mount Asama and enjoy the maple scenery along the way. It is very enjoyable.The layout of the rest area of the hot spring is full of the warmth of a log cabin, and the interior of the hot spring is also new, clean and comfortable.Overall, it's a great vacation club.
