Stayed 2024.7.16-17 (2 nights). I stayed in a 3-person room on the 2nd floor of a small and pretty 3-story building. It was easy to find as it was located on the side of the road, but the entrance to the parking lot was a bit narrow. Of course, it was convenient because there was a parking lot. It was about a 10-minute drive from Karuizawa Ginza Street. I thought the location was good because it was a short drive to Karuizawa's famous tourist destinations. I would not recommend it to travelers using public transportation. The price is cheaper than other hotels, so if you really want to stay there, the city is not large, so it would be a good idea to use the hotel's paid bicycle to get to famous tourist attractions in the city. I requested breakfast, but there was no breakfast service. Also, the multi-site hot springs cannot be used in the morning, but are available from 3 PM to 11 PM. Although it is an old building, the rooms themselves were well maintained. There were no nearby convenience stores within walking distance. I didn't visit, but there is a jam factory and cafe right across the street.

It was a cute, clean and well-equipped hotel. Good location and no problems! Next time, I would like to explore by renting a bicycle.There is no elevator.

Thank you for your help on a day when we were hit with heavy snow.It was a great experience thanks to the warm staff who were flexible enough to accommodate schedule changes due to snow.I would like to stay here again when I come to Karuizawa.The rooms are very clean and reasonably priced.

A pension in the forest. It's too good to stay overnight for work. Everyone at the hotel was polite and comfortable.The only thing that was difficult was going up the stairs to the second floor with my big luggage. If you're coming from overseas, you'll probably have a lot more trouble with your luggage.

The room was very spacious and I felt comfortable. The heating and cooling system is quite strong, so you can freshen the air in your room as soon as you get home. I think it's a pretty good hotel considering the price.
