I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel and my room were always clean, and I didn’t have any problem with the wifi. The location is excellent, since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a metro station at less than a 5 minutes walk. The convenience store right in the 1st floor is a plus, is 24 hours and has a lot of stuff, from food to umbrellas and clothes. The staff is very kind and always willing to help. I don’t speak any Japanese but they always helped me and we have no problem understanding each other. The girl in the front desk was very helpful to get me a taxi for tokyo station, I am very thankful with her.

Was a positive surprise that my room has a decent view of Tokyo bay ( 2 bridges)from a distance. Tsukiji market just across street. Walkable to all Ginza shops within 15 minutes. Decent breakfast. Good value for what I paid for.

Short walk from Tsukiji station, also walkable to Higashi Ginza and Ginza station. Plus point will be that it is just opposite the famous Tsukiji market. The room is quite small for 2 person together with our 3 luggages. Amenities such as toothbrush and teabags are available at the reception for you to pick.

Easily the smallest hotel room I've ever had. Welcome to Tokyo hotel rooms? The front desk staff was very courteous and spoke good English. They helped us out with shipping out luggage to our hotel in Kyoto and it worked very well for only $20. They have breakfast downstairs for an added cost but it's just ok. Walk to Tsukiji Market for breakfast instead.

I would recommend this hotel for its location to tourists. Ginza, Higashi Ginza and Tskuiji stations are at walkable distance. Tsukiji outer market is diagonally opposite from the entrance of the hotel. Rooms are well designed but could have been bit bigger for ease of movement. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained. There is a facility of laundry and ice wending machine on multiple floors. There is a Lawson (convenience store) right beside the entrance. As a foreigner, I felt welcomed by staff.

We aparently went VIA INN to check-in and found out the organizer booked other hotel for 7 of us. (Long story gets short - the miscommunication happened as the organizer booked us to stay VIA INN the year before). It was 9.30 pm then all of us were exhausted of commuting from Narita Airport to there. The staffs of VIA INN are super-helpful. They helped us to call for taxi in japanese to the hotel we supposed to check-in instead. They even directed us to their car park where the taxi We are greateful to the hotel staffs.

Maybe this is because it's my first time of overseas travel since the pandemic started, I just enjoyed my trip and the hotel so much. First of all, it is a real bargain! The breakfast option was decent and it was just so cheap! …

Tsukiji Outer Market is just across the road, very convenient to buy breakfast in the morning. A Lawson store is located underneath the hotel as well. The room is a bit small and light switch isn’t user friendly (light above the desk can’t turn off beside the bed).

Location of the hotel is good as it is near the Higashi-Ginza station. Take exit 3 from the station where there is an escalator up to the street level and just walk straight to reach the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and the room although is small, is clean and comfortable.
