Each room has a different interior, making it a very clean and relaxing inn.After all, the owners' bright smiles and wonderful care will soothe your heart.And the food is absolutely delicious!The evening course was captivating from the appetizers, the soup had a deep flavor, and the hamburger was so delicious that you would ask what was in it.He was humble and said that the water was delicious, but the coffee that the owner made with great care was also so delicious that he ended up ordering another.The wife's homemade jam that came with the morning bread was also exquisite, and the fruit plate looked beautiful.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the beautiful scenery of Karuizawa.This is an inn that I would like to recommend with confidence.

A fun day at the sea!The owner is a very polite person.Even though the four of us were foreigners, the service was very attentive. The hotel is a little old, but very clean and comfortable. Despite the inconvenient location, I was very happy that the owner kindly drove me to the sightseeing spots in his car for two days. They kept my luggage with me when I checked out, so I was finally able to return to Tokyo in the afternoon! 🥺🥺I didn't make a reservation, but in the middle of the night when I was hungry, they gave me rice balls and tamagoyaki for free. It was a great experience and worth it! I will come again 😇😇By the way, the breakfast is delicious, the coffee is delicious, and the service is very attentive, making the hotel feel like home.

The owners are very kind and approachable.Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious.The homemade jam that comes with the morning bread is on sale. This is also recommended.I made a reservation for 4 people with children over junior high school age, but since it was Golden Week, it was fully booked.I'd like to go during a quieter time.

In the past in 2017, when I was unable to make a reservation at another hotel due to a system error in the middle of the night.Even though I asked late at night, I was kindly accommodated.Thank you for making my last trip with my mother so enjoyable.

I stayed with 4 friends for 2 days and 1 night.The exterior looks simple and calm like a Western-style building, and when you step inside, it feels like a fusion of Ghibli and Western culture.It was stylish, but I felt the warmth of home.However, the best thing about it is the amazing hospitality.I was very impressed by the friendly and sensitive manner in which they responded.I can recommend this place to many people.I would like you to go.I received a high level of customer service that made me feel Japanese hospitality for the first time in a while.

The owners were really kind and it was a wonderful trip.He was kind enough to be flexible with the timing of the shuttle bus from the hotel to the station, and when I told him I liked bread, he recommended a restaurant.The interior of the inn was very cute, it was well-cleaned, and it was comfortable.I want to use it again.

The room was just the minimum size and facilities for sleeping, and it didn't have a very relaxing atmosphere.Also, even though it's Karuizawa, it gets hot in the middle of summer without an air conditioner.
