Although it is a bit far from the subway, it is super convenient to walk downstairs to the pedestrian paradise and department store. The staff at the counter are very friendly and professional. The room is a bit small, and there is really no way to walk after putting the luggage. 😅

Had a great stay at this hotel recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are great for the price point. Really conveniently located with a 4 to 5 minute walk to Shimbashi station and a 5 to 6 minute walk to Ginza station. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Famous high-end Ginza shopping is just a few steps away. Tsukiji is about a 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of this hotel which I regret.

I made mistake and sent my package to this hotel but I stayed in another one this time. The staffs there were so kind and professional to help me find my package. I would like to send my appreciation to Misa San and the gentleman helped me on the other day. They all speak English fluently and very kind. Thank you!

Whenever I come back to Tokyo, I always come back to stay here. Very well located near eat street, close to trains. The hotel has a nice bar which people mingle in the evenings, always great memories from this place. Highly recommend.

Well located. But the stingiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Couple of examples… 1) Paid for a hotel breakfast. Only one fruit juice allowed. Small glass. Want a top up? Pay for it! 2) Given bar voucher on checking in for one drink. But discovered it didn’t cover any of the acceptable whiskies, just some paint stripper hidden behind the counter. To top it off I was told I needed to order food to sit at the bar and, failing that, was asked to drink my “whisky” in my room. Note to management: don’t sweat the small stuff. It really annoys your guests. I will not be returning.
