For breakfast, I was supposed to be able to get a refill of bread, but when I asked for more bread, they said, "That's it." Yeah~❗When I asked the front desk later, they said, "I leave it to the management company's part-time workers, so they don't understand the system. I didn’t.” Please educate me properly😱

The entire building is non-smoking, so if you want to smoke, the nearest Family Mart smoking area is the best place to stay out of the rain.Many taxi drivers don't know the location.

It was full of dust, and what I didn't like most was that there was dust on the tray that held the cups and toothbrushes (in bags), and there was also dust on the kettle. You can't watch terrestrial TV without paying. The location is near the station and there are some slopes, but there is no problem. The price was cheaper than other places, but...I wonder if it's this cheap in Tokyo?Would it be better if I upgraded? 😔

Apa Hotel is always clean and they even bring towels.The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner is quiet, which is nice.Good location too

Stable APA quality, white dust builds up in the corners. The only drawback is that the bed is too big and there is no other space. The location is excellent.

I travel for business and chose this hotel due to close proximity to my office. It was a long stay for 10 days and I had stayed in APA hotels before so I know not to expect too much. Location is great with huge variety of food and shopping lined up the streets. They provide cleaning on every third day but new towel every day. The room is cozy but highly functional, wish it could be slightly bigger so I have more space to do simple stretching and exercises without having to leave the room.What I most dissatisfied is the room cleanliness. Layer of dust can be visibly seen on the table, bed headrest, door handle and toilet surface. I informed the front desk on the first day but returned from work to the same room with the same problem. I waited for the next cleaning cycle and it was unchanged. I went down once more, translated my request into Japanese and gave the guy room number. End of the day there still no change. The vacumming obviously missing a few spot which was the same from day 1. Fed up, I just used wet wipe to take care of the dust myself and can see huge improvement. Having seen other reviews the cleanliness is a repeated issue that has not been taken seriously despite hotel management kept on promising to improve. They should come here and stay for a night to understand the problems from customer perspective. Showing here a few photos just after 'cleaning day'

I knew that the chairman of APA Hotel was a member of the Japanese far right, but it was difficult to attach political color to things like hotel service or location. It was by far the best in terms of location, cleanliness, and convenience. I was worried that people would dislike Koreans even more when checking out, so I cleaned up the room and checked out. The fastest and most convenient way to get to Haneda Airport is to go to Damon Station and then transfer to the Haneda Airport Line. Haneda Terminal 3 is an international terminal. When I got off, I got off at Terminal 1, went to Terminal 1, and took the free shuttle back. Asiana doesn’t tell you that.

There is no impression that every corner has been cleaned, and dust and dirt are noticeable.The paint on the furniture was peeling, and the wood on the refrigerator shelf was peeling, making it look old.Sound and vibration are also easily transmitted.I am satisfied with the access.

Very close to public transport. The system allows self check in and check out. There is enough staff to assist if needed. The room is decent for its price. The only down side is that luggage holding cannot exceed 1 day as they have 500+ guests in the hotel. Coin locker located at JR Sugamo can be utilised at 700Yen a day.

Even though we booked a non smoking room, it still smells. There is an odd odor that lingers in the bathrooms and it's not as clean as you would expect. Room is typical for Tokyo, and the location is very convenient to the stations and food
