There were a lot of people because it was Kawazu cherry blossom season, but it took us two hours to get in line to eat. No matter how much the operation is going on, it would be better to reduce the number of table seats by half. There's no point in having a table if there are so many people sitting there waiting. If I had known I would have to wait this long, I wouldn't have waited. When I asked the receptionist how long I would have to wait, I didn't get a straight answer, so I would like to see an improvement. As for the food, the wasabi bowl had just a little bit of wasabi on top and didn't taste like wasabi, so I honestly thought I made a mistake in choosing it. I think yam and kakiage are delicious.

Homemade lunch made by grandma. It seems that everything, including the main dish of yam, is grown in-house.Not only was the rice bowl delicious, but the garnished wasabi stalks with vinegar and nuta were also delicious. It was crowded and I had to wait a while, but it didn't bother me at all.

Every day from about a week before departureCheck the weather forecastOh, apparently it's an umbrella mark.Chance of rain is high until 3pmArrived after 11amStrong winds and sideways rainLet's start with the gourmet map of Kawazu Town.At lunch. There are also recommendations from locals. To Farmhouse Cafe SatoyamaMany people were already there ^ ^Choose wasabi bowl set & soba setIt looks very healthy! of fruitThe orange color was also excellent. While savoring the food slowly, let's decide where to go.While we were talking about going around, I looked through the window.Bad weather like a storm. Walking in this wayIt is inevitable that you will get soaked. After eating to take shelter from the rain, I also had ☕️.In fact. It's less cold than Tokyo.Although there were some gusts of wind...as a result, for a whileWait, you were right.

Tables were available, but "no tables available". Just wanted to have coffee, the man (older guy) kept refusing. We were being polite but couldn't speak Japanese. Pretty sure we all can understand why they wouldn't seat us.

This cafe is run by a Kawazu farmer and uses organic ingredients harvested from his own farm. Both the appearance and the interior design have a rustic atmosphere that you would have to go halfway up the mountain to experience, but it is also easily accessible, just a 3-minute walk from Kawazu Station, so anyone can easily use it. The inside of the store is small, but there are plenty of seats, and there are also seats on the open terrace, so on sunny days, it might be a good idea to enjoy your coffee and food while enjoying the fresh air outside. On the other hand, since their main occupation is agriculture, it is best not to expect high-quality cafe waitstaff or other services. As soon as I enter the entrance, I see the cash register, but I don't know if I should order and pay first and then sit down, or if I should order after I'm seated, and there are no instructions. Additionally, because elderly people are in charge of serving, cooking, and accounting, it often takes time for staff to be called for orders or for servers to be served. Due to the cafe's concept, the relaxed service is part of the fun, so it's best to use it without worrying too much.I had one of this cafe's specialties, a 100% homemade whole-wheat muffin, and the ``Waffin Sandwich'' with horseradish, prosciutto, and vegetables. Although they have a simple taste, the muffins become hard as they cool, making them a little difficult to chew.It is a cafe run by farmers in Kawazu, using organic ingredients from their own farm. Accommodation location: Before going to Ito Onsen, I stopped by for a meal while sightseeing in Shimoda, but it was closed (as advertised on TV), so I was disappointed.Next time, I'll try to avoid Thursdays. Masu! ️

Paradise of life❣️I saw it on TV. I went to see the Kawazu cherry blossoms every year, but I never noticed. I can't go at this time of year due to the coronavirus, but once things calm down, I'd love to visit.
