I stayed here for one night while on a motorcycle tour. The food was very delicious and the quantity was sufficient. The management was a couple who were very easy to talk to and I would like to go there again. The inn is old but kept clean.I was able to stay in a room where I could see the sea from the window.I also like cooking, so I thought it would be nice if we could talk about cooking after dinner.

I used this service a few months ago, but I felt like they didn't think of me as a customer, so I thought I should relearn how to serve customers.I am the customer! I don't mean to be arrogant, but I would like you to provide at least some guidance. There were no futons provided, and the room was covered in dust. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to it.

First of all, it was the worst accommodation. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, it was dinner time and the homepage said that it was possible to eat in the room, so when I said that I would like to eat dinner in the room, a person at the back of the kitchen said, ``What, the guest who just came in is going to be served in the room!? I felt apologetic when I heard the owner's voice. However, if you are going to complain in the first place, please don't write that it is OK to eat in your room. Moreover, we carry our own food. It was difficult to go up and down the second floor, but they didn't help me at all.The main meal, the golden sea bream, which I was looking forward to because it had good reviews, was cold, but the taste was delicious. Some of the sashimi was greasy, but all the other dishes were not good, they were cold, the taste was not that good, and the food was served in a terrible manner, so it was a disappointment to the point where I couldn't get my appetite.I saw a lot of comments about the food being cold, and the host said it was their fault that the food was so slow to eat, but it was already cold when I started eating, so I realized that everyone's comments were correct. There was no explanation at all, but after the meal, I guessed that he was going to lay out the futon himself, so he quietly took out the futon and pillows from the closet and put on the sheets, but I noticed that there was dust flying around as if he hadn't cleaned them. However, there was a lot of dust on the table in the room.I was eating at such a dirty table, it was horrible. There was something that looked like a comforter in the closet, but it was covered in insects and dust, so it didn't seem to be in a usable condition, so I slept with just a flimsy duvet cover nearby, but it was cold enough to kill me.The chairs in the bathroom were covered in mold and spider webs, and the toiletries were moldy and unusable. The bath was like a home bath, and I felt a little sick because the hot water that had been collected by the people in front of me was still there, and there was human hair floating in it.I don't feel like I'm receiving money from the hostel. It felt like we were coming to stay with them, just renting out a room, preparing some food, and that was it.There is no sense of cleanliness, the service is not even the minimum required for an inn, and the food is poor. The prices weren't particularly cheap either, so I wondered what everyone was looking for.I was tired from playing all day and wanted to get some rest, so I always look forward to the accommodations I stay at.This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where I felt so tired and frustrated. I will never go there again. In addition to these complaints, in terms of customer service, I don't know whether we were not welcomed or treated poorly because we are young, but overall I felt like they were looking down on us and it was not a very pleasant experience. It was.

There are hot spring inns in Kawazu and Shimoda, but this inn is a small bath in an ordinary household. The fun part was the food, and although there was a fair amount of food, everything else was cold except for one dish that was heated with solid fuel, the miso soup, and the rice. In addition to the seafood dishes, the dinner items were hamburger steak (first night) and pork loin grilled with butter (second night), which were good. Parking was difficult and I hesitated to go out.
