Used on 2024/03/15.I made a reservation over the phone for one night and dinner. The person who answered the phone was curt, but didn't seem to have any malicious intent. It was a reasonable price and I decided to just take the meal and stay the night. When you arrive, both the exterior and interior feel like a guesthouse. The receptionist's response is also curt...I didn't have high expectations for the hotel, but although it was small, I was impressed by the hot spring bath and the deliciousness of the fried horse mackerel for dinner.I think I will visit again when I stay in Nishiizu for touring.

Visited this place because I couldn't find a cheap place to stay in the Matsuzaki area. After getting off the bus and trying to wander around, I found a sign that said ¥3,690 a night. This was the cheapest price I found and decided to pay it a visit.1. LocationClose to the bus terminal (approximately walking 2-3 minutes), close to the beach and can see the sunset! Also close to a mini supermarket. To get to the tourist attractions in this place, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to walk. Seeing fishing boats going in and out of town is an interesting experience.2. FacilitiesEven though I could say this inn is relatively old, it is very well maintained. I think the employees here only speak a little English, so please take that into consideration. Apart from providing lodging facilities, this place also has a living room for playing or sitting, provides food (I didn't order it because it was seafood), and hot springs!! I didn't expect there to be such a thing in this seemingly small place. I am very happy. By the way, this place doesn't have internet connection.3. RoomA typical Japanese inn style room with a futon, short table and chairs, television and air conditioning. The room smells of cigarettes and the walls of the room seem to need repair. But since it doesn't interfere with my overall experience of being here, I don't mind it.The employees (or owners?) are also friendly, but there are times when it seems like the people working at this inn are taking care of other guests and there is no one at the reception. I shouted several times but no one came. Hopefully it can be improved in the future. If there is a chance, I will visit again. Thank You.

The sea is right in front of you and the sunset is the best. The hot springs were also great! ️Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious and I was able to eat them slowly!! ️ Especially the river seaweed for breakfast was the best! ️It was fun to walk around Matsuzaki Town. Thank you very much for the great food and hot springs at a very low price!! ️62 years old, househusband in Aichi prefecture

This guesthouse is crowded with families only during the busy summer season. Room without meals: 3,690 yen. 5 minute walk to convenience store/5 minute drive to AEON. Matsuzaki-cho is the largest town near the southern tip of Izu, but of course it's a small town.As a single person, I always stay without a reservation. Indoor bath (hot spring) only. Shampoo/body soap provided. The sea of Matsuzaki is right in front of me 🏖️ This is my regular accommodation where I prefer low thresholds 👍
