I stayed there on a weekend in October. This place has great service, food, and location. 4 rooms with private hot springs? Therefore, it is highly recommended for those who don't like public baths or those who want to enjoy hot springs in private.

Looking at the photo of head chef Yamamoto-san, the food at this inn definitely looks delicious! I chose this inn with this in mind, but I was very impressed with the delicious food that was better than I expected. Everything that came out was delicious, and I've been to Izu many times, but the boiled golden sea bream was the most delicious I've ever had. The whole fish is simmered, and although the broth isn't as dark as usual, it still has a lot of flavor and is delicious! Breakfast consisted of a variety of dried fish, which I ate completely. In recent years, I've often had so much food at my hostel that I couldn't finish it all, but even I was surprised that I was able to finish all the food without feeling hungry. The view from the room is also great on the sea side! You can enjoy the spectacular view of Dogashima without anything getting in your way. There is also an open-air hot spring bath that you can soak in while looking out at the sea, where you can wash away your daily fatigue. All amenities are provided, so you can come empty-handed. The bathroom in the room also comes with a power deodorizer, which is a blessing. The staff are also very polite and have no complaints. The young staff were also very considerate and made it a great holiday. This is a guaranteed repeat stay!

It's been a long time since I had a long holiday, so I went on a road trip by myself. When we arrived at the parking lot, a staff member came out to the front and kindly guided us around.I checked in at the lobby, and the location was very clean with a spectacular view.We were guided to our room with detailed explanations. The room gave the impression that it was showing its age, but it was very clean. The public bath was not large, but it had an unusual structure (such as stairs leading up to the open-air bath). There seem to be several private baths, but the indoor cypress bath has a great view.Overall, you can enjoy a long bath with lukewarm water, but personally, I prefer hot water, so if possible, it would be even better to have a private bath with the same setting or a large public bath with multiple baths so that there is variety in the water temperature. For dinner, each dish was served with detailed explanations, and by the end of the meal, I was already full, probably because I ate slowly. When I checked in, I found out that I was a left-handed person, and that information was shared and a chopstick rest was placed here for left-handed people. (However, I was holding the pen on my left and the chopsticks on my right, sorry)This is the point where I felt the depth of hospitality even though it was the most detailed.I had a very good impression of the customer service, and I was able to enjoy my meal slowly. The coffee in the lounge was also delicious, which matched the location. For breakfast, there were a lot of side dishes to go with the rice, and although it was originally a breakfast snack, I was able to get two refills. That said, the miso soup was very tasty with just the right amount of salt.If I have a chance, I would like to work with you again.

I stayed at Shizentenyu in Dogashima on the 20th, the last day of my 2 nights and 3 days trip to Izu from August 19th to 21st. The location is great (I think it's probably the best hotel in Dogashima), it's right next to Tomboro, and it's the perfect location to see Zoujima to Sanshiro from the side, and I was impressed by the wonderful sunset 🌇 from the rooftop. did. The customer service is also excellent, with free tokoten service, olive tea in the lounge, and free coffee from the De'Longhi espresso machine. The view from the room was 12 tatami mats long and completely made of glass, giving us a wonderful view of Dogashima and allowing us to truly enjoy nature in a relaxed manner. I would like to come again.
