Although it is an old hotel, we try our best to save money as much as possible. The color of the walls is slightly different and the floor is warped, but there is nothing special about it.It was a large room with a spectacular view. The quality of the hot springs was good and the staff were very attentive. The cost for 4 people was about 20,000 yen including bathing tax.

The hotel decoration is nostalgic, the environment is quiet, and no one is living there. We were shocked at first when we checked in because we seemed to be the only ones staying at Jinma Hotel, but the guy at the front desk was very polite and willing to accommodate our requests. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Izumura Station. Although there are uphill and downhill roads, there are no cats near the hotel, which is very cute. The decoration of the room is a bit old, but overall it is clean and has no smell. The view is average, but it is suitable for the price. Did not experience the hot spring service in the store.

It was the perfect hotel for our family with children.People who are concerned about many things may not be like that. The view from the room was so beautiful that it felt like being abroad. We always had to be careful when staying because our children tend to make a lot of noise and get violent, which made us tired, but the spaciousness and freedom alleviated that problem. It's a hotel that's close to the station and the sea, and we'd like to stay with you again.

Truly, I have never been more disappointed. The most surprising thing was the breakfast. I was already disappointed with the bath and room, and I thought breakfast would be delicious, but I was disappointed. Everything is served cold. It was cold rice. The seaweed was crispy and the bread was dry. The child tasted so bad that he threw up. I couldn't help but feel sorry for the child. That's why the accommodation fee is 23,000 yen. Breakfast for children is 6000 yen. That's why I was charged 6,000 yen. I should have skipped breakfast. I'm surprised that customers are coming. Also, I forgot to mention that I made a reservation online, but for some reason I was booked a room without an open-air bath even though I had chosen a room with an open-air bath. I confirmed over the phone that I had been given a room with an open-air bath, but I was given the wrong room. When I mentioned that, I was told that it would be ready right away and had to wait. I think I waited for an hour. That's tough with children. I don't want to go there again.

The inn is in such bad condition that I think it will probably be rebuilt in about a year. The man at the front desk, who appears to be Chinese, with white tinted glasses, has a terrible response. The Japanese people at the front desk are very polite and likable. All the staff are also foreigners. On the second floor, the sound of the hot spring water pump was loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night every two hours. Also, when I turn on the faucet, water mixed with rust comes out. If you don't take it out for a while, you won't be able to use it.The only hot spring was close to the source and I was able to warm up.

This was my first time staying here, and I have stayed at many hotels, but this is the worst I can say. I don't even want to give it one star. Even though it was a hot spring, it was too warm and the front desk was cold and dark. Check-in cannot be done on time. The floor of the bathroom in the room was rotten and cracked. I don't usually write reviews, but it was so bad that I decided to write one. There are no repeats. It's just a shame for a hotel that was so professional in everything. My precious trip was ruined. The futon is dirty, the toilet smells, there are mosquitoes,
