I'm a repeat customer of Itoen Hotels and have used many of the facilities so far, and I recommend this inn if you like the sea and a quiet environment. The many slopes and complicated alleyways give it a sense of living. It's good. The staff are friendly and kind. Please give it a try. The problem is that the wiring inside the building is a little complicated.

I had a really good time at Itoen Hotel Inatori, but it could have been greatly improved with one single thing: Bedroom cleanliness.I want to state that the food for breakfast an dinner were great, and the staff was extremely nice. The open-air bath, and the regular bath were nice, and I enjoyed them a lot. However, and I don't know if this is the case for all rooms, the toilet in our bathroom smelled like piss. I actually refrained from using it, and instead used the restrooms in the common areas. It was really, really bad. There were also thick layers of dust on the shouji, and some corners of the room, as if they had not been cleaned in years. A little less relevant, but surprising for a Japanese hotel, the extra futon in the closet were not properly stored, and looked like they had just been haphazardly tossed inside. I feel bad writing a negative review, because we had a good time otherwise, but the smell in the toilet was just unbearable.

Compared to other ITO EN group hotels, I think this hotel is of a slightly higher standard. The food was delicious and the room was clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, so I had no complaints. There were foreign staff at the restaurant, but they all greeted us in a loud and cheerful voice and made us feel very welcome.I used to like Itoen in Toi Onsen, but I thought it would be a good idea to stay here again this time. It's reasonably priced so I can come here often and it's easy to use.

The room and bathroom are well cleaned. The buffet meal includes all-you-can-drink alcohol and a large selection of items, but it feels like an everyday meal. I thought it would be nice to have something a little more locally produced. But I guess it can't be helped since the accommodation fee is cheap. The road to the hotel is narrow and uphill, so be careful.
