Spacious room which has two restroom and two shower room, large enough for a family stay, even the two sofa can be double up as a bed. Area wise pretty peaceful, no loud noises coming from neighbouring rooms. Comes with in-house washing machine and dryer. Check in and Check Out is all self service, do check your confirmation email on how to operate this. Would suggest to keep the rooms clean when checking out if you decide to stay here just so the business can keep going and everyone gets to enjoy this wonderful place. 😁😁

I wanted to stay at the headquarters, so I searched and found this inn.It has 5 floors and looks like a hotel at first glance, but since most of the operations are unmanned, you can stay at a reasonable price.Therefore, it was difficult to connect to the phone.When I went directly to the front desk, a staff member came out and I was able to check in safely.Before getting on the elevator, pick up the necessary items such as toothbrushes, hair turbans, nylon towels, cotton swabs and puffs, and hairbrushes from the front desk.The room is very clean and mainly uses indirect lighting, giving it an urban modern feel.There were two wash basins and therefore two hair dryers.The bath was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and it was very luxurious as there was only a shower room, a unit bath with a toilet and bathtub, and another toilet.The washing machine is a vertical type, and the dryer is a gas type, and the standard dry time is 20 minutes. It's amazing.There is a kitchen with a sink, a refrigerator and a stove, as well as dishes, cutlery, a kettle, a microwave, plastic wrap, and everything else.There were chairs and a table on the balcony, and you could see the ocean in the distance.There are hangers in the closet, a relaxing Japanese table in the tatami space, and a separate living room with a sofa and table.One of the closets had a lock, which surprised me at first, but I was relieved when I found out that it had a lock to prevent people from taking out their futons without permission.It's on the top of a hill, so it's a little far away, but it was tolerable for our family.This is an inn that I would definitely like to use with my family.

I didn't check the email in advance, but when I checked in, I found out that it was unmanned, and there were too many things to register, so it took a long time, and there was an error with the key pick-up code, so I couldn't receive the key and waited, but I couldn't contact the hotel, there was no one at the hotel, I didn't see the email, I didn't see the message, and I waited for over 30 minutes and finally called the staff. I went in. The staff was there from the beginning, no matter how many times I called, he didn't come out, but he came out after 30 minutes...Except for the check-in system, the room is nice and there is even a washing machine. But the wifi didn't work, so I tried contacting the hotel several times, but there was never a reply.

I stayed on the top floor (5th floor), and there were Japanese people laughing and cheering all night long until past 3 a.m. (Japanese can be heard)

This is the accommodation I chose to stay after visiting the Churaumi Aquarium. Except for the little wait when I first checked in, the room was clean, the refrigerator was large, and there was even a washing machine and dryer, so I really enjoyed it. It is not for public use, but is available for individual use in the room.In addition, there are various cooking utensils such as induction, so you can make it.

It took quite a while to check in,There was no door in the changing room of the room I stayed in.It was a little disappointing.The view from the room on the third floor is almost a forest.

I booked this the day before for a quick change of pace during the Golden Week period.The accommodation fee is very cheap, maybe it's just the room fee?Amenities such as toothbrushes are available on the floor where the front desk is located.The inside of the room is spacious and quite comfortable. There are 2 beds, 2 sofa beds, and a tatami room. I was able to sleep on a futon in the tatami room. I have a 1-year-old child, so I'm grateful for the tatami mats.There are two toilets and two shower rooms.The room has a mini-kitchen and a set of tableware, but there are no seasonings, so be careful.Other people have said that the cleaning hasn't been done thoroughly, but it's true that there's a lot of dust on the stand above the TV, which is a concern for those who like cleanliness. It might be a good idea to go with the mindset that if you don't see it, it won't bother you.Also, maybe it can't be helped since it's that time of the year, but the area outside the room (the hallway) was covered in spider webs. It's isolated and surrounded by bushes, so insects are safe. I'm curious about people who don't like it.
