I visited Ayur Wellness Resort Okinawa. This time, I had a different experience with the owner, so I stayed overnight without meals. This villa is a single-family resort facility. It stands quietly on the outskirts of the quiet town of Motobu Town in northern Okinawa. When you open the large wooden door against the simple gray walls, you will see a courtyard with a water basin and a beautiful R-shaped hallway, with comfortable chairs that will make you want to sit anywhere you want to relax. All rooms are brightly lit through large glass windows. In the salon where Ayurvedic treatments can be performed and the restroom, gentle light pours into the private space from the courtyard. The living room is the special seat of this villa. You can look at the water basin in the courtyard and the greenery of the trees in the garden without getting bored while sinking into the fluffy cushions.Climb the stairs to access the spacious rooftop terrace. Relaxing in a hammock and being swayed by the natural breeze is calm and relaxing. You can see the sky just by looking up from the bottom of the stairs. At night, the moonlight is dazzling. A large ring of light that I had never seen before surrounded the moon.Wake up before dawn to witness a breathtaking starry sky amid silence and darkness. The sky is so full of stars that you can't even make out the constellations. No matter which room or space you go to in the villa, you will be greeted with a soft and pleasant scent. I feel like my heart is melting.Although there was no staff there, I could feel the care that the villa owner had put in preparing for our visit.Just by being here, we can feel what yoga calls a sense of being fulfilled. Rather, it feels like you're constantly receiving something. At night, a beautiful mosaic of delicate lights illuminates the hallways and rooms, swaying in the wind and changing its shape, creating a soothing sensation of relaxation. I'm amazed that there are so many beautiful things in the world that I haven't seen yet.In the morning, we took a walk in the herb garden at the back of the villa. As soon as I stepped in, a refreshing breeze blew through. There were countless types of herbs and rare plants with large leaves that were larger than your face, all full of wild flavor and shining brightly in the morning's powerful sunlight.do nothing. This is a unique and exquisite space where you can enjoy that luxury.I stayed here for one night on a family trip with my mother and sister, and while I stayed at other hotels after that, I remembered how comfortable I felt at the villa and thought, ``I want to go back.'' Someday, I would like to receive Ayurvedic treatment again.
