A campsite on the shore of Lake Subari. Open from mid-April to early November. Tents and tarps each cost 1,100 yen (per night), and permanent tents cost 3,300 yen. Flush toilets, kitchens, etc. are well-maintained and comfortable to use.You can check in at Rest House Shirakami (closed on Mondays) from 9am to 4pm, but if you arrive after that, you can also check in the next morning. If you're lucky, you can buy rare Suffolk hogget meat at the store. You can eat ramen, set meals, soft serve ice cream, etc.Farm restaurant "Suffolk Shirakami" (closed on Mondays) only serves hogget set meals. Please note that reservations are required. Domestic hoggets are very, very rare. You can have Genghis Khan here. Of course the taste is exquisite ♪The "Furusato Nature Park Center" (open every day) underwent renovation work over the winter and will reopen in April 2021. In addition to new exhibit materials, a new work area and a small children's corner have also been added. Wi-Fi is available and usage is free.It is also recommended for families, with large playground equipment, battery cars, fun bicycles, and a ground golf course. On a clear night, the sky is full of stars. For children who love insects... there are lots of cicada shells in the summer. When I stayed there, the larvae that had come out of the soil were flipping around on the ground. I gently let it perch on a tree.15 minutes by car to Yunosawa Onsenkyo (Health Recreation Center Yutoria Fujisato, Nagomi no Yu, Fujisato Town Rural Environment Improvement Center) where you can take a day trip bath, and 20 minutes by car to Itoku supermarket.Great location for overnight stays before and after visiting Mt. Odake and Mt. Fujisato-Komagatake (Kabadai trailhead).About mobile radio wavesIn front of the phone booth in front of Rest House Shirakami...only available with Docomo (other companies may or may not connect). “Furusato Nature Park Center” is fully equipped with Wi-Fi.Please note that there is no signal at the campsite.

I used it in early October. The rental tents permanently set up in the forest area look like evacuation tents and don't look very nice, but they are kept clean. The space was large enough for four people to use. Seasonally, it became a nest of stink bugs, but insect repellent spray and mosquito coils were extremely effective. The toilets and water fountains were also kept clean. Cell phone reception was out of service for both docomo and au, but when I went to the nearest administration building, I was able to use Wi-Fi. There are chestnut trees around the free site and surrounding facilities, and you can enjoy collecting chestnuts.

Reception at Rest House Shirakami.600 yen per piece! !There were also tents set up.It's difficult for the manager's uncle to cut the grass by himself, but it's perfect! The toilets are also clean. There is a western style women's toilet.I was there from Saturday noon to Sunday afternoon, and the campsite was reserved. We played ground golf at noon on Sunday, and it was crowded with lots of kids! It's quite spacious, has good drainage, and is well-maintained, which was great. If I had to pick a drawback, it would be that there were so many insects in the kitchen at night that they would crawl into the kitchen if you opened your mouth even a little bit.I personally highly recommend it.Next time I want to go eat Suffolk meat! 𓌉𓇋 ‎

I stopped by while driving. It was quite a complicated road to get here. It's family-friendly. Despite its name, National Recreation Area Sobari Enchi, I felt it was a bit lacking. Although I was surrounded by nature, I was concerned that I couldn't really fully enjoy nature. The greenery of the mountains reflected on the surface of the lake was beautiful.

The lake is very beautiful. As others have said, it is difficult to connect to au radio waves. As a side note...I've posted a simple image video on YouTube called ``Rural Living K's Vlog'', so I'd be happy if you could watch it as it might be helpful for your outings.
