This is quite a long post, but I hope it will be helpful. That's a good point to start with. Most of the employees' customer service was bright and pleasant.(During dinner, the only thing that bothered me was that the waiter didn't talk to himself and seemed lethargic.)I have only been to the hot springs in the basement of the annex, but I really enjoyed them. From a female perspective, it's great that in addition to the shampoo and conditioner provided in each shower, there are about 5 different types of shampoo and conditioner available and you can use the one you like.(*Since there is only one set each, this may not be the case if it is crowded.)The temperature of the hot springs was a little lukewarm, which I personally prefer, but it was just right for relaxing. The open-air bath was hot, which was nice since it was a bit chilly outside. It was also beautiful that it was lit up during the dark hours.Sorry, but this is where I am dissatisfied.First, the room.I noticed that there were some areas that needed repairs, but I knew that the building itself was old, so I didn't worry about it.However, there was a small clothesline in the room for drying face wash towels, and it was covered with spider webs. Even if the room was not used by a previous guest, it should be kept clean. Or even if no one has stayed in the room for a while, you should double check before letting guests in.I felt it was impossible in terms of hygiene. Then it's time to eat. When checking in, I was asked whether I would like to stay at 18:00 or 19:00, and since I wanted to take a bath first, I chose 19:00. When I went to the restaurant and tried to order from the tablet, it said that the last order was 7:30 pm. I saw that room service and advance orders from the room were taken at 7:30 pm, but I had no idea that the last order for the meal itself was 30 minutes after being seated. I think it would be a good idea to inform those who wish to eat at 7:00 pm when checking in that the last order will be taken in 30 minutes.Next is the food. The plan included Kiritanpo hotpot, and the hotpot was delicious. However, the sashimi is very small, and the shrimp is about one or two times larger than the sashimi you buy at the supermarket. Personally, I was dissatisfied because the employees didn't really explain the contents of the sashimi, and although you could tell by looking at it, they generally said things like, ``It's tuna from ____.''One more thing about the food, and this is my biggest complaint, about the stone-grilled dishes.Towards the end of the meal, an employee asked me to come if I wanted to see how Ishiyaki cuisine (miso soup using baskets) would be made in the center of the restaurant. They also said that even if they didn't see it, they would bring the finished product with them.In conclusion, no matter how long I waited, it never came.My mom and I actually went to see it, and my dad was waiting in the seats. After the cooking was finished on the spot, my mother returned to her seat looking forward to it, but even after waiting for about 20 minutes, no one came, and even though she called for an employee from her tablet, she still had to clean up the seat after she finished eating. I could hear noises and voices, but there was no sign of anyone coming. It was painful to see my mother so disappointed, saying, ``Didn't we just get to watch them prepare food for the employees?''If it is not included in your reservation plan, please do not let them know that you can provide it. If you can provide it, please make sure that it has been distributed to everyone. This trip, the main focus was on the food at the places we were staying. I was looking forward to it with my family after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures of the food, but all I can say is that I am very disappointed.Sorry for the long post.
