It was a fantastic short stay at Sukabura Inn. The beautiful room is very carefully furnished and very stylish. The furniture in particular has been carefully chosen and is very beautiful.The highlight is the Japanese, local breakfast, cooked and served by the host.Thank you very much for the great stay.

I stayed there around February.The room is very cleanI also feel the attention to detail in the interior.It was lovely.The flowers that bloom at night in the gardenIt has a nice scent that remains in my memory.Made by the ownerThe breakfast is full of Okinawan flavor.It was delicious.It was a place I would definitely want to stay at again when I go to Taketomi Island.

Is it the main village on Taketomi Island? This is an inn located in a village a little outside of the village.The owner is a man who speaks quietly and slowly, and he has lived here for about 10 years. I didn't really ask him where he was from, but he seems to be from the Kansai region.It's a quiet village, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to Kaiji Beach or Kondoi Beach, and since it's a small island, there's no access, but I didn't have any problems even though it was far from the main village.Another good thing was that I never met any tourists in the area.The rooms at the inn are shaped like an annex to the main house where the owner lives, and we were able to check in, check out, and eat meals in the main house. Until a few years ago, the bar was open only in the evenings, but now, if guests wish, after having dinner outside, they sometimes serve drinks and have a chat. If you think it's a good idea, please ask the owner if you would like to talk to him at the counter that day.As for the room, it was really clean and tastefully decorated.There are some warnings (such as not taking a shower because the bathroom door is a wooden door and water will get into the changing room), so if you follow them, you should have no problems.There are also very good quality amenities such as shampoo and towels. I didn't have to use what I had brought with me, but I was allowed to use it.I was able to relax in a comfortable inn that made me want to have a home like this in my own home.A family of cats (3 to 4 cats) is always lying on the grounds of the inn.The breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of flavor. I wonder who the owner is...I would also like to add that since I made Taketomi Island the last stop on my itinerary, I was truly satisfied with my return journey.Thank you very much to the owner, even though it was a short time since I arrived in the evening and returned in the morning.I would have liked to stay longer if it was such a good inn, so next time I'll come more slowly.

The luxury of only one group per day!There is no shuttle service to the port, but there is a shuttle bus so don't worry. The breakfast is very delicious, and you can also use bicycles during your stay. It's a little out of the village and quiet.
