I was able to relax slowly. Even though it was during the coronavirus pandemic a few years ago, I was impressed by the thoroughness of the employees' infection control measures. I would like to stay again. I bother you!

[Note] On May 3, 2023, the public bath and toilets were not available due to faulty water supply piping. This was first discovered when we were informed at the front desk at check-in. This is a dishonest response with no prior contact or guidance on the homepage. Others were having trouble too. I have no choice but to cancel. It's Golden Week, the time to earn money, but I think it's a problem that they are intentionally hiding the problem.

The front desk suddenly told me that I couldn't use the public bath or the toilet in my room.Even though I couldn't go to the hot springs, I had to pay a bath tax. There was no advance notice and the response was very dishonest. My precious trip is ruined.
