Comfortable quiet , spacious rooms and a lovely garden through to mountain view. It is quite convenient to the town, walkable to station, shops, river and a pleasant uphill walk nearby to appreciate the pretty views. There is a warning sign about bears. Part of me wanted to see one but relieved that I didn't.The staff were lovely, very attentive and went out of their way to solve a problem we had with our aging mother. It's not a new building but we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

To be honest, the hotel itself is old, but it is well-cleaned and the breakfast is luxurious and satisfying. However, I feel very uncomfortable with Hiratsuka. I didn't know that breakfast was served until 9:00, and when I asked for it at 9:00, I said, "Do you know what time breakfast is? It's until 9:00." I was very angry when he snorted and said that in a way that made me look like a fool. There were other times when I was called in a way that made me look like a fool, and I felt uncomfortable at that time as well. The other two front desk staff greeted me with smiles and were very nice. He doesn't use honorific language properly, has no common sense, is incapable of consideration, is munching on chewing gum under his mask, and to be honest, I don't want him to be at the front desk. I don't think I will ever use it again after this incident. The other employees are very kind, but I wish the hotel employees would understand that the image of the hotel is greatly diminished just by their presence, and that they would take this seriously as a responsibility of the hotel. I think so.

There is no wired connection, and the Wi-Fi is slow and disconnects frequently, making it unusable.Some people may be concerned about the old equipment, such as the lack of washlets in the toilets and the fact that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and tends to get cold, but personally, the inconvenience of the internet environment is the biggest problem. Ta.

The equipment is old. It doesn't even have a washlet. However, the water pressure in the shower is strong.I use it because there is no competition, but I cannot say that the cost performance is good.

It's old and you can hear noise from the next room.The bathroom was old and the toilet did not have a washlet, but there was no musty odor and it was not unpleasant.Breakfast was mediocre. It would be a little better if they had natto or salad.
