Jul'26.2024 Accommodation and photo shoot.The building is new and clean, and the rooms and facilities are small but clean.Baths and toilets are shared, and amenities are also shared.There's a reason why it's cheap.

A hotel for long-term guests? is. The room has a 32-inch TV and a large two-door refrigerator. There is a communal kitchen where you can make instant noodles. Baths are shared, and each person takes one bath at a time. The toilet is also shared, not in the room. The rooms are quite crowded, so it's close to the next door, so it's best to be very careful about noise. There were no toothbrushes, so bring your own. Parking fee was 550 yen separately. It's in a residential area, so you have to walk a little to find pubs, but there is a shopping center nearby. It was an inn that was more like living in than staying overnight.

From the outside, it doesn't look like a business hotel, but more like a house, but inside there were about 8 rooms. It is divided into a room with a shared toilet and bath, and a room with a unit bath inside. There is also a microwave oven, laundry drying area, and washing machine, so I think it will be easy for long-term residents to use.In these times, we are taking thorough infection control measures. The innkeepers are also very careful, so please make sure that all guests follow the instructions of the innkeepers to prevent the spread of infection from the inn.

The expressions "minshuku" and "boarding house" are suitable.It's true that the proprietress doesn't seem used to serving customers (or people?), but she's kind, and you can see the signs of her hard work here and there in the building.However, I personally didn't like the lack of cleaning and the smell of the futon.No matter how cheap it is, cleanliness is important.

Before opening as a business hotel (about 35 years ago), it was an izakaya-style restaurant that mainly served yakitori.Later, it became a business hotel with a yakitori and yakiniku restaurant called Santori-tei.The restaurant no longer exists, and the hotel now operates as a business hotel.Therefore, the quality of the meals served in the Royal Room has a good reputation.In the case of a general plan, the price is about half the price of nearby business hotels, and the CP ratio is high. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, with convenience stores, large supermarkets, and family restaurants nearby.
