It's an old hotel, but it's clean and comfortable, and the service makes people feel comfortable.

The open-air bath is surrounded by a wall, so you can't see the view, so there's no point in having an open-air bath. The quality of the spring didn't really feel like a sulfur spring. The steaks at the buffet were delicious.

We used a day trip hot spring with a breakfast buffet. Not only was the hotel staff friendly, but I also felt that the quality of the guests was high.Usually, there are quite a few people who act arrogant or complain while eating, but this day was different.Even though there were many foreign tourists, everyone was calm and followed their order carefully. Even when they heard the baby crying, the people around them looked on with kindness and smiled together. The atmosphere was warm and we had a very comfortable time.

I think the restaurant staff and live kitchen staff are polite and of good quality.Dinner includes a local Ainu cuisine booth and fresh pasta. For breakfast, the fisherman's ochazuke (sea bream) was delicious.

This hotel is traditional style and sleeps on tatami beds for our room. The highlights are the public onsen pools which spans over 2 floors on basement 1 & 2 and their buffet breakfast and dinner. Although food variety is amazing but everyday is the same spread. They provide paid bus service to Chitose airport but need to book ahead.

The hotel is a bit older, but the room is clean. The large bath is on the 4th floor. The hot spring quality is very good. It is worthy of being ranked among the top 10 hot springs in the 100 hot springs. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor. Breakfast and dinner are sumptuous, especially the omelet, which is so delicious. The sashimi for dinner is also very fresh and sweet! (It’s a pity that there are no crabs. Is it the wrong season?)

Since it's local, I often use it as a day trip hot spring for the sauna. The men's bath has a wet sauna where you can self-roll, one indoor bath, one open-air bath, and two types of cold baths: cold fresh water and slightly warm hot spring water, so I think it's suitable for sauna beginners. It starts to get crowded from around 3pm, so please be polite and say hello when making your way.

I used it on a tour. Due to the time of year, the tour conductor told us not to open the windows as insects (stink bugs) were infested, and when we went to the room, there were indeed stink bugs in the window. When I suddenly looked at the window sash on the inside, I saw many dead insects. Haven't you cleaned it? I'm surprised.Since it's a hot spring inn, it can't be helped that it's not a bed, but the tri-fold mattress was worn out, and the fabric stretched out at the split, making my hips sink. No matter how good the quality of the hot springs may be to refresh your body, if the cleaning and bedding are not good, you won't want to go there a second time.
