Very dated rooms but most hotels in this area are old and will smell like smoke. The water at the onzen was great.

There are no ryokans that include breakfast and dinner at this price. I came alone, and the hot springs and rooms are quite old, so I think I may have mixed feelings about them, but the staff is friendly and the price seems like a good price to come alone. Come alone or with a friend of the same sex. The rice is really delicious.

How this place has any positive reviews is beyond me. This room is disgusting. Smells like smoke, mold everywhere, sticky table surface that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned, dead bugs all along the windows. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I used it for sightseeing in Noboribetsu in September. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was courteous. This time, I planned to stay without meals, but at check-in I was given a map with information on nearby restaurants, so I was able to enjoy my favorite meals without any problems. As for the hot springs, the hot water, washing area, and bathtub were of sufficient size. I would like to use it again if I have a chance to visit Noboribetsu.

1. I made a reservation for dinner on site, but the price was over 6,000 yen per person. Quality that is not worth the money at all2. After entering the room, you must leave your car keys in the lobby and leave your room key when leaving. It may vary from person to person, but it feels like you are being watched.3. I went in the summer, but the air conditioner performance was very poor. The hot springs are free to use, but the facilities are old.4. Poor attitude of employees. Personally, except for the staff member who showed me the room in the beginning, everyone else was below my expectations.Overall review. If you don't expect much and are blunt, you can ignore it. However, I have no intention of returning.
