We used a Japanese-style room. It was kept clean and I was able to relax and relax. The food was standard menu, but it was sufficient. The baths are a very nice hot spring, with a hot open-air bath and an indoor bath.

Don’t let the photo on Agoda fool you- the hotel is actually a pleasant surprise. The hotel would rather spend money on food then to paint it extravagantly and serve you trash.Food is impeccable and very very fresh and local. A picky eater like me who had some omakase and fine dining experience thought their meals were just as good if not even better ingredient wise. Everything was spot on and delicious. Our palate is full of experience with food additives and real and fresh foods are rare. Love the complimentary snacks everyday and premium quality green tea served in room too.Room was inexpensive as we had high quality breakfast and dinner included. Onsen is great too and it helped me with my back pain.Another side story is that we forgot our backpack in a museum we just went which was 2 hours drive away. We paid for the room beforehand. The lady Haruka at the counter let us un, helped us out timely by contacting the museum for us and sending back the key on our behalf and arranged delivery so we can have our passport back without having to drive all the way back.Off side is their hotel doesn’t look that appealing from outside- but trust me you don’t live outside of the room so it’s gonna be okay. Choose this one if you don’t know which hotel to book. It’s warm and amicable with hearty staff.

bathA bath with good water quantity and quality, and a nice atmosphereHowever, even though it claims to have a bath with a view, all you can see are ruins and a parking lot.mealDelicious and plentifulservicebad. There were four dishes to heat up for dinner, but they were all lit first, so there was no time to enjoy the appetizers.Even when I called out to the person standing next to me to order, they didn't come easily, and I didn't seem to understand Japanese very well. There was only one tea bag in the room, and even after making three cups, it was very weak.

The hotel is old but carefully maintained. The breakfast and dinner are sumptuous and delicious (especially the pickles and soups made from local ingredients). There is a pool table and Go in the lobby to play without boredom. The hot spring is comfortable and clean. The service is friendly and it is a great time. Accommodation experience! Although it happened to be a torrential rainstorm in the Tohoku region for days, Lake Towada was still very beautiful. Fortunately, I came and I really liked it.

On the day we made the reservation and visited, there were no other guests, and it was just the two of us, so we had the whole place reserved for us, including the bath, dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast. …
