The first floor has a kitchen and living room. When you enter the front door, there is a kitchen area with a sofa. The living room has a TV and a long dining table. There was a spare blanket in the sliding closet. The sit-down toilet is installed separately at the end of the hallway past the living room. There was. There is an air conditioner (dry heater) installed in the kitchen and living room. You have to close all the doors and turn it on for it to be warm. Rainstorm in the hallway? Yes, it’s winter so the air is cold haha. The kitchen was equipped with olive oil, salt, pepper, iron, temperature gauge, dust cleaner, vacuum cleaner, microwave, induction stove, coffee pot, etc. Instructions for use were attached separately, so I used it well.Thank you for your consideration and good sense for visitors!Everything was there!!!🤗🤭😳In one corner of the kitchen space, there is a separate standing shower room and a bathtub room (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided). The washing machine and sink were in front of the bathtub room, and liquid detergent and a mini drying rack were also provided.I used it very well while staying overnight haha.In the bathtub room, you can set drying, heater, cooling, and exhaust ventilation. Before bathing, turn on the heater to warm the air in the bathtub room.Turn on the hot water using the hot water regulator and take a bath with hot water 👍👍After bathing, I ventilated the air so it wasn't humid and it was nice. HahahaChildren and the elderly must be careful when going up the stairs to the second floor. Be sure to hold on to the pole🤯😱😨There was also a spare blanket in the sliding closet in the living room on the second floor. There was a veranda, but the handle was tied with a string, so I didn't go out.The second floor also has one toilet seat. The bedroom has two large beds, and the bedroom and living room are also equipped with an air conditioner (dry heater).Overall, it is cleanly maintained and the house is spacious and comfortable.I was able to spend good time with my family at the accommodation as well. The neighborhood is a villa village with low buildings, many alleys, and many elderly people live around it.It feels different from the accommodations in Namba, and the neighborhood is really quiet and secluded. There is a medium-sized supermarket, Lawson convenience store, and 7-Eleven within a 5-minute walk around the accommodation, so it was good to do some light grocery shopping when returning from an outing. There is Matsudacho Station, where you can take the Hankai Train, 4 minutes away from the accommodation. If you go 2-3 stops and get off at Shin-Imamiya Station, there is a Megadon Quijote Shinsekai branch!!It was close, so it was nice to visit often. (Please check the tram schedule in advance on Google Maps. The fare is always 230 yen and you pay at the front door when you get off.)From there, we moved to Tennoji Station and went shopping and bought souvenirs at a department store😁😁If you walk about 10 minutes from the accommodation, there are various markets, 100 yen shops, and large supermarkets, so it was fun to look around. There are a lot of alleys in front and near the house and it is dark.I was a little scared when I went out alone as a woman at night haha.
